Clean and spacious

Pros: depto cómodo, bien equipado y mantenido y el edificio se ve bien también. Buena ubicación, con cochera incluida. Nos tocó un piso alto con vista abierta a la ciudad. Cons: podrían tener un poco más de utensilios de cocina, las camas apenas entran en las habitaciones, no hay limpieza los domingos

Comfortable. Be sure to have on hand your own toilet paper. The noise on weekends from the rental/use of the bbq areas until way past 130am and parties in other units until 6 am - shakes the entire apartment.

Es un lindo depto en una linda calle. La piscina está ok. No es un hotel, no tiene recepción 24:7 y dar con ellos no es fácil, comunicación complicada.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. If it was taken care of better I would rate it higher. Checking and out is also a very odd procedure. They ask you at check out how you paid the deposit.

The property is in an excellent location, since I traveled there in winter the apartment was not cold, with a beautiful view of the Mountains. It could improve bathroom sanitization, and a little old-fashioned run-down furniture, other than that the apartment is functional and has the needed full kitchen for someone with celiac conditions or similar.

Good location, apartment is getting worn out, there is no contact with staff.

This is a first class apartment building, very quiet, and close to excellent restaurants and shopping. This is our second use of these and we shall return

We used this as a base for 1 week of skiing primarily at Valle Nevado and LaParva. The apartment totally suited us in comfort and style. The building has a huge, attractive attrium. It is a little bit confusing to check in as the office is in an office building adjacent. The concierge directed us to it. The neighborhood is excellent, but not a lot of restaurants nearby. However, the Korean restaurant across the street is excellent and authentic (based upon my more than 45 trips to Korea). A short hike north will get one into an area with a wider selection of restaurants.

Great location, helpful staff, nice amenities, convenient transportation

The apartment was nice at appearances but was super small!!! only 1 of 3 rooms had air conditioning and the other rooms had no fans or anything. the stove was electric and it lasted half an hour to work and sometimes it didn't even turn on.

Its considered ok and acceptable considering their prices thats relatively cheaper than any hotel of this class - the ambiance is good no doubt - but ask for an extended check out till 13:00 and wow they flip saying no way - stipulated check out is 11:00 but this should definately change to 12;00 noon and possibly clients get an extension till 13:00 which is usually normal but they could not accomodate - they need do something about their towels that actually dont smell fresh
