Kind staff, roomy and practical suite, easy access by car from Querétaro, well-maintained gym. One star off for use of plastic bottles for drinking water. Mexico has a serious solid waste problem; hotels should provide drinking water on tap. Check-in: they had no rooms ready by 3:00 PM for some reason, which is their promised check-in time. Restaurant: For the second time, I ordered my meat medium rare and it arrived well done. I sent it back and they were nice about it and did it right the second time. Also, during the buffet brunch, they left dirty dishes accumulating on our table.

The room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious!!! The staff was friendly!!

Everything was perfect except no hot water for shower on day four earlier morning

The entrance is not user friendly for luggage rollers to enter the hotel. The shower water spilled into the bathroom and living area. The restaurant is clean and good. The overall servers is very good.

Room was wide and clean. Great comfort. Staff was very well trained and nice.

This hotel is great and I would stay again. There are a couple details that didn’t make sense. In the rear entrance, there a pavers divided by grass…this concept isn’t the greatest when you have travelers coming in with luggage on wheels getting stuck in between pavers. The other detail being the amazing showers and shower head but the drainage not being able to keep up with the flow, therefore water pours out of the shower into the bathroom floor and over to the carpeted sitting area. Some kind of barrier between the shower and rest of bathroom would go a long way!
