This is my preferred hotel in Taichung. The hotel is always clean, accessible, and the staff is amazing. I was particulary impressed by how clean the carpet on the 9th floor was. I remember staring at the floor a lot wondering if I could find a stain, but I couldn't. I was upgraded to a nice room with more space. I'm always impressed by the layout of the bathroom. The tub and shower are in the same enclosed space. The mirrors are cleaned very well. The bed is so comfortable. The TV has several well-known channels in English. I've never had a problem and the hotel and the rules of the hotel are good and communicated to the guest before every stay.

A fabulous hotel that I return to time after time. For me, it’s like home from home.

Room was incredibly spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Taipei. Loved that there’s a little sit down area to probably enjoy snacks & food. Loved the space in the bathroom as well. Surprisenly very little dust! Was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. I forgot to check out the pool but the gym is very simple. And laundry was straightforward. Would come back again!

What a great hotel. Booked at last minute and was so impressed. Really interesting decor. Clean, quiet rooms. Nice healthy breakfast options. Very good gym. Would recommend.

Excellent place for a few days stay, spacious and very clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast, at a very reasonable daily rate. All has been great.

Super great and easy check in. Spacious room, though my nose let me know that it was maybe dusty. I love the hotel brand though. The bathroom is spacious, cleand and well-eqipped. Comfy bed. Ive stayed before and I'll be back.

Everything was excellent as usual.

When we checked in they let us check in early for free and upgraded our room. Very nice hotel and kid-friendly, they sent a baby crib up to our room so it was there when we arrived. Nice breakfast and gym. We go to Taichung often and we’ll make this our regular hotel.

Room is always great, front staffs were very welcoming. Eggs were super salty and there’s no place to wash your hand or hand sanitizer near the breakfast area. Bartender was super rude, I rather not be given the coupon to redeem the cocktail than getting terrible experience from him.

Plenty of walkable shops and eating places. The hotel and staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

The room was clean but old style. The shower was incredible. The breakfast lacked good options.

I didn't visit the pool. I had a very large, spacious room. The room was clean and the bathroom was large and well equipped. I wish there were towels for 3 people based on the room size, but I have no actual complaints. Check in was quick though there were a lot of people waiting. I waited less than 5 minutes to check in and the information/communication was very clear. The walls are soundproofed well. This was my second stay and I will return. Recommended.
