Very nice appartement, clean and modern. Perfect for us. Thank you to the owners 😀

At first the property looked nice. But double bedroom smelt as you walked in the door. Getting into bed the smell of urine in bed wasn't very nice. The oven smoked quite bad when in use. The microwave inside was quite rusty so never used it. Carpets in lounge were very stained in places. Bathrooms were good. But no bathmats. There was plenty of hot water. I would stay again if it was a lot cleaner. And oven and microwave were replaced. For the money paid. I was very disappointment. I feel the owners of the property should check more often on cleanliness and update electric appliances. Location was great!! And size of property was really good.

The furniture was beat up and the carpet is disgusting. Took a plate out of the cupboard and it had been put I there without being washed (still had butter and jam on it!). All cutlery looked dirty so washed anything before I used it. Water was hot at least, heating worked fine, and bedding seemed clean, but overall the place just felt beat up and dirty unfortunately. Had issues with parking too, and the lights in the hallway never worked so had to walk up/down 3 flights of stairs in the dark, and when i message the management company they never responded. Also the front door was wide open every time I went down stairs..so a security concern. We paid for 2 nights but honestly would not have stayed a second night if I could have got my money back.

Safe and convenient

Clean,tidy, good parking and mod cons,

The apartment itself was nicely decorated, spacious and tidy. On the surface it seemed clean, however when we started to get ready for bed we uncovered some nasty surprises. There were some hairs in one of the beds, the shower runner looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and under the sofa bed in the living room was appalling. The front door to the apartment block wasn't working properly so we had trouble accessing it. The kettle didn't turn itself off, just kept boiling away, the milk provided by the property was off as seen in the picture and the hot water was just a fraction above body temperature. To top it all off there was no bedding for the sofa bed so my son had to share with me. Although not the end of the world, it wasn't what I had paid for. I could have shared with him somewhere else for much less money. I wouldn't recommend staying here and I certainly won't be returning.

Modern apartment, really nice in a very good & quiet neighborhood.

Apartment was very clean and nicely presented. Modern and spacious. The only complaint we had was the lack of equipment in the kitchen. The Apartment can sleep 6 people, but there were only 2 glasses and 3 wine glasses. Not enough cups or cutlery (only 1 teaspoon!) Also, no oven tray for cooking. Also the hob was well used and worn, so we could not see what heat the rings needed to be on. However, despite these few issues, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider staying here again.

A clean, modern and spacious place to stay - easy to get to and easy access to both Hertford and ware. Would stay there again.

Accommodation is absolutely beautiful! A bit expensive lol. Very decent for a family!

Clean, tastefully decorated, not cramped, very well-equipped and comfortable. Pleasant view. The nearby main road was not too close, so no noise problem. Other residents quiet. Convenience store 400 metres away. Transport: Car - fortunately we didn't bring our car. There was usually someone else on our apartment's allocated parking space, (and often all the other spaces were occupied). Bus: Yes, on a bus route. Not tested. Foot: Fortunately family collected us by car. There are narrow pavements on both sides of the main road, but there are cars parked upon both pavements nose to tail We tried walking along these pavements once; we are slim, but even walking sideways we had to brush against the hedge in places to squeeze past the cars.

The apartment was bright and colourful, beds were very comfortable, location is brilliant, and a quiet road. Very pleased.

Clean accommodation. Vetting process and £150 deposit taken which is not explained at the time of booking. TV didn't work. Door entry system faulty. Unable to contact staff. Asked to leave 3 hours early due to building works

New serviced apartment. Very comfortable and spacial. Good fir family. Well equipped with household stuff.

Die Unterkunft ist hell, sauber, gemütlich und sicher. Die Nächte waren ruhig- kein Straßenlärm o.ä. Sicherer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
