The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean but a bit cramped. The pillowcases didn't look perfectly white. The breakfast was tasty but lacked variety, with the same items every day. The staff were friendly and polite.

Good experience, breakfast was good. The downside is it's pretty far if you're walking to the hotel from Matsumoto Station and there's no public transportation near the hotel.
