The room is spacious and in good condition. HOWEVER, THE INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. You can't even check your e-mail at this hotel, let alone get any work done.

The description really undersells what this place is. Wish I had stayed an extra day.

The hotel is ok. It was clean, but the sink was clogged and the hair dryer provided is not so good. There is still a lot of work being done in the park making walking around a little more challenging. Lastly, the food quality is not what I expected. Maybe because it was out of season, but I was there 10 yrs ago and it was AMAZING back then. Quality has definitely dropped since the pandemic.

Beautiful views, very comfortable and spacious but neighbours upstairs very noisy. Would recommend staying on a top level.

This is a great place for families. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, my daughter loved the fairy village and game room. Special thanks to the person with the pony horses he was very nice to us. Basically was satisfied with everything: cleanliness, staff was friendly. The only downside of this place is the restaurant: very slow service and staff doesn’t really speak good English so for us as non-romanian speakers was a bit difficult but they were still nice to us. The food was very meat heavy and could have included a bit more healthy/veggie option.

The bed was very loud and very uncomfortable, the furniture in the room was worn.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. Our room was a bit loud as we could hear the pipes from showers and toilet flushes from above. The property offers plenty of activities. Not many staff members speak English though. Very nice views everywhere! Very good place for children and families I suppose.

Nice place to spend few days with kids.

Receptionist very friendly, nice location about 10 mins stroll from town. We found a short cut the following morning. We were located in block 11, at the very top of the hill. The view was amazing though so worth the walk. They gave us a lift up in a car when we checked in as we had some bags to carry. Highly recommended for families with kids up to 12 years old. I can imagine it to be an amazing family holiday resort in peak season. Seemed to be loads for kids to do. An adventure for many. Wouldn't recommend it for the less mobile. Too many steps going through the various buildings down the hill and a steep hill if you decided to walk on the path.

I believe this place is a timeshare club that rents to individuals in the off season. Two km from the Bran castle. The hotel itself was great. I highly recommend this place and if I'm in the area I will definitely stay there. Facilities to include the restaurant were excellent considering the price.

Stumbled upon this while looking to see "Dracula's" Castle. This resort offers many activities and entertainment during your stay.

The view is beautiful, the room was not very clean, the towels was the same for 3 days. The restaurant is very expensive and you can wait more time for food.

Overall the hotel was very good, although there are a lot of steps. If you have difficulty with steps then request a room at the top villas. Will cost you more but will be worth not having the steps to the restaurant.

Hotel is on a large complex with plenty to keep the children occupied. Rooms are warm and have large living space. The Restaurant is situated at the very top on the complex on the hill which meant it was a bit of a walk/climb to get there but the food was nice and views are worth journey up there. The hotel is a short walk to the castle and market stalls.
