Clean room but small compared to North American motels and hotels. Front office staff are helpful and welcoming. No breakfast but close to coffee shops (3 blocks walk) and close to the tube. No air conditioning. Beds are small British sizes but firm. The small size of the beds can be surprising to Canadian travelers.

Free parking

The smoking section says it all. Just off the glassed-in patio a panel slides and lets you in to where there's a table, chairs, and "no spitting." You can puff your lungs out and watch the Heathrow jets taking off/landing. My room, a £65 off-season bargain, has everything anyone would want including a big comfy bed, a big bathroom, and tea and biscuits. Expedia, however, makes money off of Palestinian suffering and I would be boycotting if it weren't the only way to book the Imperial Guest House.

This is a great little place - far fancier than the price would suggest! I've made this my regular stop whilst I'm in London.

Ideal for overnight airport stay or theme park visit. Clean and comfortable hotel with plenty of parking. Did not use hotel amenities during our stay but plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff and secure parking. Very convenient for tube into the city. Highly recommend.

Parking was easy to access and readinably secure. Room was clean and nicely fitted out. Staff was especially helpful and thoughtful. Would stay again.

Good for stay

The room was spotless and I had a very comfortable night's sleep. The members of staff were, as usual, friendly and helpful. I have stayed here several times in the past and will do so again in the future.

Very clean room which was quiet. Shared shower is also very clean and dont think is is used by many rooms. Number one choice for a stay in Hounslow.
