Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Located on the edge of the old town but everywhere is very walkable and super quiet, can’t hear mopeds. Cute family of cats outside! Rooftop is a great place to relax after walking around the souks.

My 6 days stay at Riad Ysalis was great. They have everything they claimed to have. The staff were friendly and ready to help anytime.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Ysalis. Hassan was very attentive and ensured we had a lovely stay. Located in the Northern Medina it is around 30 minutes walk to the main square through the souks, etc. Our driver was able to drop us right outside the door and we could have taxis ordered to the door too so although not as central as some Riads it definitely had its bonuses. The Riad itself was a quiet oasis amongst the chaos of the Medina. The unheated pool is freezing but a great place to pop tired achy feet in on an evening. The rooftop was lovely and we enjoyed a soak in the hot tubs and relaxing on the sunloungers in the sunshine. It gave us chance to relax during our short trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Ysalis. If you're looking for a true local experience in a Riad within the Medina, this is it. This was our first trip to Marrakech and the staff made us feel welcomed and at ease. They took care of transportation needs, restaurant recommendations and really went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect. The entire staff is very nice and we felt like we were staying with a family. The rooms are spacious and the property is very clean. We ate at their small, intimate restaurant one night and the food was very good! I would recommend arranging taxi and transport service through them to ensure the drivers pick up and drop off right outside the door. Otherwise, most taxi's will drop you off outside of the Medina (due to the narrow alleyways) and you have to tote your luggage through the alleyways to the Riad. When Ysalis books, they take you all the way. :) We would definitely stay here again next time we stay inside the Medina. Thank you Riad Ysalis!!

As 2 women traveling without a man , the men selling in the market place were aggressive, intrusive and rude. Young men told us roads were forbidden and closed and tried to steer us in other directions and demanded money for helping us. No roads were closed. Avoid eye contact and don’t enter “stores” unless you plan on buying something. We were not physically threatened . Some sellers were ok. Others swore at us for looking and not buying. The men at the hotel were wonderful

Riad Ysalis was very beautiful!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The staff answered all of our questions and helped us with directions to the souk and other close by places as well as with excursions we had already planned. The complementary breakfast was amazing and make sure to book a hamam and massage at the riad because it is absolutely life changing. I would recommend this place to anybody and I hope I will be able to return soon <3 :)

Great place, excellent service but hard beds

Beautiful Riad inside. The details were on par with La Mamounia. My dinner was excellent. Just wish the location was a little more central.

朝食と夕飯付きを選べるので、こちらにしました。 旅の疲れが出る頃だったので、 夕飯をリヤドで食べて、ゆっくりできるのは、私にとっては、好都合でした。そして、もちろん、美味しい！　デザートのイチゴの冷製スープは、 今までで食べたなかで、１番美味しかった！ とても素敵なリヤドで、全てにおいてセンスが良いです。置いてある小物なども、「買いたいな」と申し出たほど。残念ながら、売り物ではありませんさた、 部屋には、室内用スリッパ、冷蔵庫はありましたが、電気ケトル、コーヒーマシーンはありません。 屋上にジャグジーがあるので、 是非、水着を！ 最終日に、エステをして帰国の途に着きました。

L'emplacement était pour nous pas l'idéal..mais le Riad vos le détour. Il est impeccable très bien entretenue, propreté irréprochable, personnels très agréable serviable et de bons conseils. Chambre spacieuse et propre, literie très confortable avec un très grand lit. Le petit déjeuner et plat que nous avons goûter était excellent. Merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir rendu ce séjour au top. Je recommande Pauline & Anthony

Il riad è veramente un'oasi di tranquillità e di relax. È molto ben gestito, la camera è gli arredi sono molto curati. L'idromassaggio fuori dalla camera dopo una giornata di visite è una vera chicca. Colazione ottima. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno.

Séjour fantastique, le ryad est bien situé, les chambres sont magnifiques, le roof top sublime, et toute l'équipe est au petit soin, une belle decouverte. Je recommande à 100%

Riad de charme, au calme, tout en étant proche des principaux sites à visiter. Très bon accueil et belles prestations. Le petit-déjeuner est succulent et copieux. Possibilité d'organiser les transferts depuis l'aéroport jusqu'à la porte du Riad. Je recommande cet hébergement.

Nous avons séjourner ne m’a tâtât et moi au Riad Ysalis nous avons eu u. Super accueil. Le personnel est aux petit soins magnifique terrasse avec deux jacuzzi ! Nous recommandons cette adresse pour ce calme et ce carde I d’époque en pleine médina

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour au sein du Riad Ysalis. Le Riad est somptueux, les chambres sont spacieuses, moderne et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, et le diner à la carte est excellent. Un remerciement particulier à Sandrine qui a été au petit soin tout à long de notre séjour.

Ualmindeligt god service og venlighed - føltes trygt på hotellet. Der var meget rent og fint.
