I love this Hilton. The first time we stayed here it was for 17 days, and this time for 9. The beds are so comfortable. The room service fast and delicious. The guest relations Altin is so kind. Outstanding experience. The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to help us with anything that was required. Gave great suggestions for local food and places to visit. Oversll an amazing experience.

Excellent stay and rooms were very nice. Only negative was the floors were so cold especially in the bathroom. Starbucks in lobby was a plus. Friendly staff.

Great Hotel. Highly recomand for the hotel celebrating special events and celebration. Very respectful & caring staff. They done fornus a vip set up for our wedding anniversary. Special Thnaks to Mr. Rooms are clean and daily served. Beds are very comfort. Sea view is magnificent. Breakfast have good variety.

Great hotel, the only negative is that it is not a walking distance to Sultanahmet square.

Excellent stay Very friendly and welcoming staff, always smiling and ready to help. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager, Altin Diko, who made our stay truly enjoyable. He was very attentive, understanding, and supportive whenever we needed anything. The hotel is beautiful, with a great view and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Good scenery.

This was my 3rd time staying at Hilton Bakirkoy and like before I was very happy and pleased with the accommodations. The staff and amenities were great. The dining and morning breakfast wait staff were amazing and took excellent care of me. I'll be returning to Istanbul in 3 to 4 months and I'll be planning to stay here again.

After notifying them prior to my arrival about my dust and peanut allergy I arrive to a filthy room that smells like an ashtray, filled with dust and peanut crumbs under the nightstand leaving me with severe allergic reaction I notified the new supervisor he carelessly responded with I gave you a nice room!!! You didn’t give me anything I paid for all of it. He changed my room to an even worst one lesser value than what I paid the next day I asked for the GM and told him either to fix it or refund me and let me out he apologized about the inconvenience & other supervisor! Inconvenience you could’ve killed your guest sir! Being tired and sick I accepted another room change and let me tell you that one as well was filthy unfortunately It was late evening I settled for having two people clean the room whom left it also unclean with previous guests used paper towel under sink and eye drop under nightstand under bed filled with dust balls bathtub still have residue from previous use broken faucet white liquid marks on wall I can go on but you get the point it was just filthy stay away

Very clean and elegant, well designed and delicately decorated. The sea view from the glass wall is breathtaking Friendly staff, breakfast is absolutely great. They had the nicest most helpful doorman / bellman ever. Dinner is a bit too pricy tho and with very limited options. I recommend finding different options for dinner.

Not really comfortable

Arriving at the hotel in the morning, the administrator cancelled our booking on Hotels and asked us to pay for our stay with a debit card, but we had a problem with the card and we only paid for one night out of three, but we were lucky, since neither the room nor the hotel corresponded to what was stated, the furnishings in the room were old, the bathroom was not comfortable, the bedding and pillows were also all old, the windows were dirty and the pool did not work, we did not extend our stay in this hotel and moved to a hotel with better service and rooms.

I like the location close to the water.
