The hotel staff was friendly but the our room was not cleaned for 4 days. I had to ask on the second day to change the towels and replenish toilette paper and coffee sachets. The next days the room was never cleaned and no replenishing of toiletries, coffee and change of bedding and towels. The floor was never cleaned.

The room was small but clean. Nice location. Kind staff. Not super close to Eiffel tower but good food and beverage options near by. I would return.

Great 3 night stay at this hotel! Situated in a nice neighbourhood and very conveniently located near 2 metro stations. Rooms were clean and hotel staff were very helpful. Would recommend staying here

We stayed here for 3 days at the end of a 10 day France trip and loved it. The room was very small, but we've experienced that in most hotels in Europe. More importantly is was very clean and comfortable. The location has a more neighborhood feel than touristy spot, which we love. There were plenty of local shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We happened to be there during an unusual heat wave for May. Everywhere we went, the air conditionings struggled to keep up, but not here! Our room was ice cold and a welcome break from the heat at the end of our sightseeing day. The staff was very friendly and courteous, although we didn't have any special needs or anything for them while we were there. Overall, I would stay there again if we were back in Paris!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was a little small, but clean and comfy, very close to the city center and metro station was only a block away. Great stay, would highly recommend, especially to a traveller on a budget if they want to stay in Paris less than a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower

I had a lovely little room which was just right for 1 person. It was clean and had all the world’s types of adapter plugs on the wall as a socket. I didn’t know you could get that! The staff gave me very precise directions from the airport when I asked and on which stop to get off when going sight seeing. I didn’t have breakfast as I’m not a big eater. My only suggestion was to make the out of the fridge snacks have a display that they are not complimentary but charged! Great location too.

Location is great, quiet neighborhood 1 block from laundromat, 2 blocks from bakery & groceries & restaurants, 3 blocks from metro station. Staff was incredibly helpful!! So patient & kind. Helped us figure out activities, how to use the metro, ordered airport taxi service, offered to knock on our door to wake us up for our early morning airport wake up. Breakfast was substantial, beautiful, and a great value. Room was small with a slanted ceiling on one side of the bed, which became a head-smack during late night bathroom trips. Room had 2 windows for great air circulation, and a nearly silent heating/cooling system that ran constantly instead of having that jarring on/off cycling like most hotels. Everything was super clean which is always appreciated! Comfortable bed, nice comforter. Cabinet with snacks & fridge/minibar seemed unnecessary, I would rather have the extra open floor space ... but I'm sure there are people who like that feature. The lobby has a beautiful full bar and seating, so if you want to hang out you don't have to do it in your room. Bonus, our room 603 had a really cool nighttime view of the top of the Eiffel Tower all lit up. Another perk to having windows that open! I sure appreciated the lift! I completely overpacked and would have had a tough time lugging my gigantic suitcase up the circular staircase. Note to self, pack less/smaller next time! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, clean room, ans nice decor

What a gem this small hotel is! The staff were very accommodating and helpful with directions every day. They were engaging and sociable. The room was perfect with our windows facing the neighborhood street. There is a small park in back. A block away is a restaurant we ate at three times. Metro station and community are close by too. Would love to go back someday.

Air conditioning didn’t work too well but we were able to open the windowss. They don’t allow for early check-in, but they do have a downstairs bathroom where you can change and of course they allow you to leave your luggage.

We love this hotel, was our second time there Restaurants and coffee shops are available few steps from the hotel, Staff kind and very helpful in giving directions to the main areas to visit in a short stay. The room was not hoovered properly, fluff on the floor but overall acceptable.
