The hotel was situated near an outlet mall. The roads going to and coming out are under construction but the delay was minimal. Room was clean and quiet.

The room was extra big, the buffet breakfast was delicious but for the cost- service need to Improve. As a business female, being able to have itemized receipts is a huge part of my trips. The manager was not able to provide an itemized receipt for my snack purchases. If I had known that I would Not have purchased them.

This hotel was perfect! The made to order breakfast was a nice touch to the already plentiful breakfast options! The happy hour was a great way to get everyone down for dinner. The proximity to the mall was great for our family. We had a 3 legged trip in New York and this was our best stay overall!

Just overall clean and easy. The breakfast was good. Using local sourced coffee a nice touch.

Didn't love this hotel. Initial put off was the $25.00 we were charged to park our car in the hotel parking lot. It would be different if this was an area of limited parking (lot was huge) or of course if we weren't overnight guests at the hotel. Had I known we would have had to pay for parking, we never would have stayed here. The room was worn and just felt dirty and cheap. The continental breakfast offering in the morning was a bright spot. We got in late and were out early on our way to Montreal. So the breakfast was a plus, but really the only one.

I can definitely see that the angle Miss Paris is playing against Air B&B is working here!!! :) Absolutely stunning hotel, amazing room, perfect layout, spacious, clean, great staff, incredible breakfast, room service doesn't bother you until after 11... Everything was perfect. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Rooms could use fresh paint and some TLC on stains on furniture/carpet. Front desk staff not very friendly. Over $300+ a night and they charge $15/night to park.

The room was not clean and a much small room than I booked….2 queens and got 2 full beds told the front desk and asked for a manager to get back to me on Thursday to no avail The room was very dirty carpets disgusting We have stayed there 4times for granddaughters birthday

Overall, this accommodation provided feeling comfortable but the cleaning in the bathroom wasn't great. There were many hairy in the bathtub and dirty towels was ready. Lobby was great and staff also offered great service. Breakfast was great!

Checked in late, clerk was wonderful. Loved the water w fruit in the lobby. Room was clean but smelled horrible. $15 for parking in a not busy area and a $250!!!! hold for incidentals is RIDICULOUS. I’ve been to many 4 star hotels and holds aren’t even that high there. Despite convenient location I would not stay again.

The only somewhat neg thing about our stay was that there was an odor in our room. The room was super clean but you could smell that someone had smoked. I sprayed room spray and it covered it well. Other than that it was great!!!!

Disturbingly dirty for the cost of a room. Was also very very warm in entire hotel. Breakfast and bar staff were amazing!!

The Hotel was fabulous, the 2 double bed suite was perfect room was seperate from the living area the view is Amazing! The mall is right across which was very very convenient. The Breakfast was the best ive ever had in my entire life traveling. Fresh omelets made right in front of you fresh the numerous options! I give it a 10/10 the complimentary drink i wasnt able to get because the hours were only from 530 to 7pm and i was out but thats the only thing i would change expand the hours because not everyone may be available those hours. Besides that will stay again everytime i come out this way. Hotel was very clean.

The room is very spacious and clean. The airconditioning system is a little bit loud and the room has some smells.

The rooms are really nice. We had a king suite, plenty of room, tv in bedroom & sitting area. Has a microwave & refrigerator, and a wet bar. The windows are from floor to ceiling. Free hot breakfast every morning. The "managers reception" free every night for a couple of hours. You get 2 cocktails & light fare. You can dine in the restaurant or get room service. There is a shuttle for transport needs. Parking is $15 daily. The only small hiccup is that you don't know what the incidentals charge will be until you get there. Mine was $250 for three nights - a little more than what i'm used to, but it was all worth it. The Destiny USA is literally directly across the street. 5 min walk. My son is a grad student at Syracuse University - less than 2 miles. This hotel will be my go to whenever we come to visit. My husband loved it! Awesome⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aidan at the hotel front desk was so amazing and friendly got the other couple we traveled a room on the same floor. Breakfast was amazing and chef was so friendly!
