Nice staff and nice and easy to find

Great staff. Loved the breakfast buffet. Safe, cute location very near the train. Only thing, the walls and ceilings are quite thin, you will be able to hear a lot of what is going on outside and with your neighbors. I am not a light sleeper, so it did not bother me at all!

The property was very clean and tidy the staff was very nice and help full , the double bed had 2 mattresses on it I kept falling in the middle of it apart from that was sound worth the money room had heating and ac

1 stop from the central train station, restaurants nearby, very clean, nice rooms-on the small side.

Staff were friendly-ish and the beds were comfy and great sized bathroom. The hotel is situated in a nice area with an amazing cafe place next door. Sadly there was an awful smell constantly coming from the bathroom drains so we had to keep all the windows open. The smell was pretty bad. The fridge didn’t work and no kettle or tea making facilities in the room. Communal areas were also smelly and the hotel has very thin walls so we could constantly hear other peoples doors opening and closing 24/7. The bedrooms aircon although we had it on ´off’ setting constantly turned on and off throughout the night keeping us awake.

Great location just one metro stop outside of the downtown area. Only a 4 minute walk to the metro. Rooms are sparse, but clean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice dining/chill out area. Breakfast selection included pastries, hard boiled eggs and cereal, which could be ordered a la carte as well. Coffee house located two doors down for those serious about their morning java.

It was a nice little room and staff was great, they let us check in at 2:00

Really cool place, easy to get too and great hospitality

The staff were all extremely helpful! The hotel and our room were spotless and was a very convenient spot in Amsterdam Noord. Getting to Centraal Amsterdam was easy.

Looked terrible inside. Random noises all night so sleep was hard to come by.

Room didn’t have any windows so felt a little claustrophobic

The property was quiet and away from the central downtown area, and for the price you can’t beat it.

Arriving from the subway is convenient. The rooms (some with no windows) are all lined up off a corridor. A basic desk and wifi. No frills. My room’s bathroom wasn’t very clean with some hairs still around. I was constantly woken up at night by noise from the other rooms. I checked out one night ahead because I couldn’t take it.

super convenient location just a 5 minute walk from the metro and 1 stop to the central station. clean budget hotel with the nicest staff. had the best sleeps 2 nights in a row. good cafe in the hotel for coffee and breakfast
