The pool was freezing the breakfast is always the same they have no a shame of going to spray your room for roaches they don’t care what u think

Very nice, safe hotel right next to the American Consulate. Facilities and staff are very nice with restaurants and shopping close by. While there is no shuttle available from the airport to the hotel, there is a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Just make arrangements at the front desk. Very pleased with my experience.

Great Breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff and really good amenities, if you are traveling with kids this is the place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay very much. Only complaint I had was the music at the pool. Too loud and the music playlist was terrible. Breakfast menu changed daily with a good selection. I would recommend this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Best choice rooms were clean and friendly staff. Great location and close to all the offices for our process.

The breakfast was outstanding lots of variety in food. The front desk was super attentive and was on everything you needed. The cleaning of the staff was not that great I had to ask like 3x to get my room clean. Other than that I would give it a 9/10 . Everything was so close to my hotel and safe stay.

Breakfast was really good. Staff are really good people and I love being able to sit next to the swimming pool in the breeze and just enjoy the outside with music.

Hotel under going construction. Only a few staff spoke English. Difficulty trying to extend our stay. Bad water pressure. Same breakfast options daily not much variety. Restaurant food not good and expensive.
