I liked that there was a lot of great seating areas for socializing or sitting on my computer to work. The staff was fantastic, especially Aleksandar from the front desk. Always so helpful with suggestions and anything we needed. Overall a great experience and will surely be back.

Amazing staff that cares about the guests!!

Room is not very clean, tv didn’t work, and build quality is not great BUT staff is great and food was very good for breakfast. Location is very nice.

From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. The highlight for me was surprisingly the pillows—absolutely heavenly and unbelievably comfortable. It’s rare to sleep that well away from home. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

Mama Shelter Belgrade is awesome. To start, it's located inside of a massive 4 or 5 level retail mall. The former is within a vibrant shopping plaza which happens to be across from Belgrade Fortress Park. My point here is that it is centrally located. The staff is professional and cordial. My room was tastefully appointed with everything I needed and the lobby doubles as a bar/restaurant/lounge with live music. The strange thing is that there's no awkward transition between hotel check-in and visiting the bar/restaurant. It all works seamlessly. I strongly recommend Mama Shelter Belgrade and when I Belgrade next. I plan to stay there again. Cheers,

Weird location in mall with odd elevators set up. Pain in the butt getting in and out and taxis. Heat constantly ran sweating. Wanted air. They stated not possible. They cater to restaurant crowd over hotel guests. Needed water and food stated id have to come down to order it as they were busy. Would not recommend this place.

Boy oh boy where do I start? Mama Shelter Belgrade is a swanky, ultra modern, vibrant hotel. It's located inside a massive shopping center and yet offers privacy when necessary. This is another optimally located hotel that is across from Belgrade Fortress (Park). The staff was awesome - Alexander was exceptional -. The are surrounding the hotel is also very safe and perfect if you prefer to gradually discover the city. It's a must stay again for me and the entertainment (live band)was a welcomed surprise too. Perfect location to visit Belgrade on foot.

This was my fourth stay. As always, the staff, especially Aleksander and Nikola, was very friendly and entirely professional. There were no issues with which to deal. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Great shower and amazing bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with healthy options included. I look forward to visiting other Mama Shelter hotels in other cities. The interior design is very very cool! Mama Shelter in Belgrade is truly my favorite.

Lovely hotel, well maintained and very friendly staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Gym could be larger with more equipment though the equipment available was of food quality. Lively bar-restaurant in the evening
