Helpfull staff, good location, we will come again!

Perfect location to visit Belgrade on foot.

This was my fourth stay. As always, the staff, especially Aleksander and Nikola, was very friendly and entirely professional. There were no issues with which to deal. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Great shower and amazing bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with healthy options included. I look forward to visiting other Mama Shelter hotels in other cities. The interior design is very very cool! Mama Shelter in Belgrade is truly my favorite.

Lovely hotel, well maintained and very friendly staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Gym could be larger with more equipment though the equipment available was of food quality. Lively bar-restaurant in the evening

Great location, really nice breakfast, clean room, will stay again.

Central hotel with quirky décor and clean rooms. The rooftop bar and views are excellent, but the location on top of a shopping center makes access less peaceful and difficult to initially find. Breakfast is average, but great options nearby. Hotel best for those who like lively, alternative style.

I requested a quiet room and instead was given the worse room possible facing construction and couldn’t sleep Saturday morning due to noise from construction. They never bothered to change my room

The only thing good about this place is the bar.

The room smelt like bathroom upon arrival and the next day they gave us a room with a better smell and condition. Before switching rooms, house keeping didn’t even clean our room the first day … but then the staff was very reactive to help and give us a better room. The bathrooms seem outdated and the shower handle was falling out of the wall and we manually replaced it. The amenities in the bathroom were very poor and the quality was not suitable. Breakfast was good, it’s worth getting with the room The best was comfortable.

Great places to stay. Convenient enough even though it's in a mall, everything is easy to walk to.

The rooms are spacious. Bed and linens are comfortable and clean. Food options are everywhere around you. Either by visiting mama shelter restaurant or simply walking out in Knez Milosa Street. You are right across the street from the largest park in the city, Kalemegdan. Also walkable distance from here is the restaurant row on River Sava.

Mama’s shelter is an awesome fun place to stay. A shelter with a very cool vibe of music playing at night. You can relax and not hear the nightclub atmosphere of the awesome DJ’s Belgrade itself has great dining choices and it was a little sanctuary of funky coolness

Love Mama Shelter. Convenient room service & great food at the rooftop restaurant. Got to meet one of the owners Noam while there, had a lovely chat, such a nice guy. We will definitely be back. Thank you Noam & the entire mamá shelter staff! Love from the DR 🇩🇴
