Good location........................................kind staff..........

One of the best things about ananas hotel was the staff, everyone was so friendly and they've the best guide animation group, specially the likes ugur, ozan, marina, natali, they kept us entertained and the hotel has different entertainment show every night/day for children/adults and if you like partying etc then the animation group would take you to the city almost every night. The hotel location is the best and the food is perfect. We really.enjoyed our 2 weeks there with friends

This was such a bad experience. There was no wifi in any room and public wifi was spotty. No towels for the pool area or beach. Room constantly smelled of urine I believe from maybe the drains. Was not able to get any water for the room which for an all inclusive left me at a loss. Would not stay here again.

+ Nice location, close to many restaurants and bars + The room was quite big, nice and clean but you could hear noise from the corridor + There was a direct path from the hotel to the beach which made it very easy to be by the beach - The staff could not speak English and were not really helpful. - Wifi was terrible - Most of the hotel's guests were from Russia and almost all the activities, music, food, etc was Russian. - The food was not terrible but not very good either. The repeated menu over the days, especially the dinners were quite poor. Some parts of the food that were served were not fresh and seemed like they were reheating the food from days before -Drinks were low quality and served only until 11 pm - Not so many activities for kids
