The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Small apartment at a high price. It is not a hotel; it’s more like a hostel.

There were construction works going during my visit. Staff was helpful but hotel itself is worn and noisy.

Great bed, clean and comfortable. Painfully long wait for check in.

The windows block a lot of noise from the avenue down below, and the inside of the hotel is also considerably quiet. The lack of hairdryer was unexpected though.

When, during checkin you are told ‘Oh we don’t have any nice rooms left.’ It’s a sign. It was cheap and convenient. So maybe one can’t expect too much.

O hotel estava em obras e não havia indicação no momento de compra no site (hotais.com). O local do café da manhã (pago) era improvisado e desconfortável. As opções oferecidas no café eram poucas.

Localização e quarto padrão ibis budget, porém o valor pago é muito alto pelo que oferece, preço de uma agua a 12,00 acho um absurdo, e o café da manhã sofrível, a reposição de utensílios e dos alimentos e sucos chega a passar de 30 minutos, e se solicitar será hostilizado, não recomendo e não retorno.

A localização é excelente, mas não havia frigobar no quarto, tampouco interfone, banheiro muito apertado.

O café da manhã foi muito desorganizado, fiquei um tempão esperando talher, eu mesmo tive que limpar uma mesa pra eu sentar, poucos funcionarios organizando o espaço

Achei as paredes dos quartos extremamente finas e dava pra ouvir tudo do quarto ao lado, o café da manhã é medonho não tem variedade nenhuma e o café da máquina pilão sai um cappuccino horrível. Achei também os talheres ensebados e a xícara com cheiro estranho. Ao entrar no quarto não tinha nem sabonete nem shampoo e o pior super chata e grossa a mulher da limpeza. Na foto também mostra que tem frigobar mas na real não tem não. Vale q hospedagem pela localização somente. Me senti um presidiário , abriram uma porta para fazer o café da manhã já que o hotel está em reforma e o lugar é medonho.
