This hotel is in an excellent location near university, restaurants and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful small suite but did not lack anything. My only complaints were a noisy air cinditioner which I am sure will be repaired and a strong air freshener smell in the suite. Overall this is a very good value and I would recommend it to others.

The location is excellent and the attitude and service are also excellent. The guy at the reception desk (Ido?) Helped us a lot and directed us. There is a large TV and air-conditioning in the living room that cools the entire apartment. There was good Wifi. The kitchen is functional and satisfying. The bed is a bit low but comfortable. There are rooms that are low in relation to the street but still have windows with light. In my room there was a heavy smell of smoking even though it was forbidden to smoke in the rooms. There's a super market right next to the apartment house and it's really convenient! Overall it was a very good and rewarding experience

Very nice, super clean property located next to the library, within walking distance from center city and Cuza University. Functional furniture, kitchenette in top condition, free parking, friendly staff. It does not have concierge 24/7 (make sure you announce ahead of time if you will check in late). Will stay there again when I come to Iasi next time.
