It was just adequate. There were stains everywhere on the walls; the yellow stain behind the toilet was especially disturbing. There was also yellow stains where the tissue box was like the counter had never been wiped. Luckily no stains on the towels or bed sheets. It also got loud late at night with people yelling and playing loud music.

Breakfast was great, they reimbursed my security deposit super fast (I paid debit), staff was very nice, and room was clean. No parking fees, close to major attractions. I enjoyed the ability to check in after 10pm. It was 10/10 for the our family and budget friendly. The only negative thing was that our bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the ac wasn’t that good. Other than that it exceeded my expectations. Would deff return.

I wish they would finish the construction around the property.

I have stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Paramus on From Road many times. I like the convenient location to the major highways and to my job sites and it is always consistent in comfort, quietness and cleanliness.

My family and I loved the stay!

Likes: The location, size of the room and staff were very good. Breakfast buffet was good but pretty standard for a hotel breakfast. Dislikes: The Ice Maker in the hall and the AC unit in the room were noisy and kept waking me up. Also a lot of children running around the halls until after midnight.

It was great!

We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Only weird thing was for a room for 4 people, not a lot of shelving/drawers for each persons clothes. But it was easy enough to make work and not a deal breaker. The breakfast had similar things each day, but was different enough for a bit of variety, and kept stocked. Pool was open til 10 pm and kept the kids very happy and entertained. The lobby coffee area is always a hit. My kids wanted cocoa after the pool one night and they were kind enough to go find packets for us since the container was empty.

This was such a wonderful stay. My Family & I had such a relaxed stay and our kids loved it!

Everything was great

It’s a great place for a stay, no frills, great customer service, wish I got the name of the front desk lady from the evening shift, she was so nice and helpful, attentive! Room is great, especially for the price. I wish the hot tub and shower were bigger, especially for the space in that bathroom, what a space! Parking was convenient, not too far from Teterboro Airport and it’s shopping area.

This was another disappointment. Over priced for the food offer as breakfast. Same everyday. And those powdered eggs were unpleasant . The front desk people were ok. The female at front desk woman was unprofessional when extending my stay. I went to get keys updated and she was rude. What is wrong with people? Acted as if I was trying to avoid paying for the extra night ? Smh I stayed 6 nights. And on top of that this was a trip for funeral. Not Happy. Construction in front of hotel. Detour signs confusing and annoying. Only place to eat at Marriot across street. Bonefish grill. Expensive too.

We had to find a quick place to stay in the middle of a snow storm at night and had a sick dog with us that just got out of the ER Vet. The desk person was very kind and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Shower lukewarm. The breakfast selections were very good.

Had a good time as usual
