The hotel itself was lovely, Instagram worthy for sure. However, we stayed with another couple and I booked the stay. Paid the exact same for our 5 night break but our friends stayed in lovely room on the second floor of the main building with a balcony and lots of space (they even had a proper salon-style hairdryer and huge mirror. Even though I booked both rooms and pad for them at the same time, my husband and I were allocated a room that felt more like a hostel away from the main building, no private balcony (even though I paid for one, it was a walk way for the neighbouring room) and It felt cramped and tired and I was properly annoyed that we were in the same hotel and paid the same money but their room was definitely a grade above ours. Not cool from the hotel. Otherwise though, very happy with our stay. Staff are super friendly, food was delicious. Just felt short changed on the room situation.

A lovely looking hotel, very average service, our visit in September meant the pool area was 90% in the shade all day. When using the drinks QR code to look at the menu (the only way you can view it and only available from 11am - 5pm) it asked me to verify a credit card, but then didn’t accept online payments? That night at 2am a payment was tried which my card issuer flagged as a scam.. Resulting in my card being cancelled and re sent meaning I couldn’t use it for the duration of my stay. The room below and next to us had a massive hen party with girls shouting until 5am!! Nothing seemed to be done about it by hotel staff.

We were a group of 5 girls and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was very nice, loved the design and the hotel theme. It’s a female friendly place, the staff were all very nice and helpful, the room was comfortable, the swimming pools were perfect. You have enough shops, bars, food etc nearby. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Paradiso Art Hotel in Ibiza was truly one-of-a-kind — I’ve never stayed anywhere like it! The art and decor were absolutely stunning, with every corner curated to perfection. It’s a visual dream for anyone who appreciates aesthetics. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also super convenient, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Such a beautiful and unforgettable hotel — highly recommend!

Great property, not the first time and definitely not the last one!!

Loved the style and the atmosphere, the food was also great. Poolside service was slow, but other than that staff were nice and helpful.

Good stay, lovely pool, great staff. One safe didn’t work but other than that was great. Love the fact you can take out towels with a towel card!

This hotel is so beautiful and has a such a fun theme. However, the location of the hotel is not great. If you’re going to be in/near Ibiza downtown a lot then I wouldn’t recommend staying here as it’s about 20-30 mins away. Food/drinks are high priced and mid quality.

Visiting Spain on my holiday and this was by far my favourite hotel. Not only was it super cute but the room was a great size for 4 people, it was wonderfully located and the staff were phenomenal!

The hotel theme is dope far as the look. But the air conditioning was very poor. As so they need to get small wash cloths for the guest.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Shout out to Jordi especially! Quirky hotel in Cala de Bou, good location in peak season as it is close to many bars and Sant Antoni de Portmany. Unique design in retro style. There are rooms that may need a bit of refreshing, but otherwise they are clean and comfortable.

Roaches in the hotel we had to leave. What a Terrible Honeymoon! We booked 2 nights at Paradiso for the cool hotel retro experience. When we got there they informed us that they had a problem with their room and the room wasn’t available but they would move us to their sister hotel Romeos right down the street. We didn’t want to miss out on any time in Ibiza since we were only there for a day in a half so we agreed. At 1 am when we get beck to our room from dinner we see a Roach In out bed. I freaked out and asked my husband to leave to another hotel immediately. The worst part is that this was our honeymoon we ended up looking for hotels at 2 am and paying over $60 euros in taxis. We asked the hotel that the minimum they could do is pay for taxis we had to pay to yo find a new hotel ofcourse no response.

Fabulous hotel. The attention to detail in the decor is amazing. The pool and the music and the vibes in general are incredible. I definitely recommend being there for a Saturday when they have an event! They are so much fun and people really have a great day dancing and chilling by the pool. Everything was as seen on the photos and everything was really clean and perfect. Amazing really, we were sad to leave.

The facility was totally understaffed. The Wi-Fi was “spotty” at best…. And the food was high school cafeteria cuisine…
