We were so surprised how big the room was and how respectful the staff was. They allowed us to stay a little longer after our check out for my boyfriend to finish his zoom class he had with osha. We are beyond grateful for that. Well managed Hotel.

Need written directions on using TV. We are older and don’t stream various platforms. We just wanted to see local news etc and could not get anything to work. Went and got help but they were as confused as me. Need written instructions and different tv carrier.🤔

When we checked in we were not made to feel welcome . The woman at desk ignored us and asked the man at the desk to check us in . We were handed a pamphlet without explaining anything . My husband is blind so it would have been nice to receive info verbally . The breakfast was so disappointing .

Beautiful and clean

Perfect location, close to Solvang and surrounding areas. We love Hampton Inns! The breakfast area was the nicest and well stocked we have seen in a while. Good work to the young lady. There’s always a great selection of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Check in was sterile. Counter person did what he had to do to check us in but was detached and barely pleasant. No personable connection with us as customers. Eyes down or on screen. Deadpan expression. But we got our key and complimentary water.

Definitely coming back

Loved the grounds with the firepits & bacci ball court! Good pool & hot tub. Jets could be stronger but very clean & great temperature in tub & pool.

Cleaning the most and pet friendly

Nice clean place. The ice machine on our first floor was out of service so we had to go to second floor. Breakfast was okay but was better last year. Otherwise room was nice and clean with everything needed.

It was very good

We used to LOVE this hotel, used to be very tranquil, but this last time the guest from the upper room were so noisy, their children were running all over the place, so you can heard them, and they allow like 20 people I. One room, it was so disappointing!

Big, spacious room. Clean room. Would stay here again if we visit the area.

Too strong of an odor from chlorox from cleaning materials when entering the room.

The room was so nice! I loved it

Comfortable and clean. The outdoor area in back of the hotel is peaceful with lots of cozy seating as well as a pool and bocce court. More than I expected.

Very convenient, close to freeway , solvang. The staff are helpful, decent breakfast buffet . Room are old but clean and spacious.

I didn't have a car and it was a little far from restaurants and stores. Other than that, it was great.

Perfect for a mother-daughter weekend.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were a bit outdated and some hotel guests were very unruly and kept a bunch of other hotel guests up in the hotel up a lot of the night so I didn't get much sleep and had to travel very tired home
