We stayed before our cruise. The staff is amazing, in fact one of them helped us with our luggage agents boarded the ship. The room was modern with room darkening coverings. After our long flights we had an excellent night's sleep. On top of that, the hotel is just across the street from the cruise terminal.

Everyone was so polite, helpful and friendly . They gave us a room upgrade. Location was perfect.

Service and location were exceptional! The shower was strangely buil, no door and overflowing. Bed linens somewhat could be improved in terms of being breathable. However the hotel staff was amazing and all little inconveniences and discomfort mentioned above are disregarded for the stellar service we were granted . Restaurant on the top floor was amazing. Food, the view, the service-top notch!

Check in by Yigit was super fast and he offered us a room upgrade to a more spacious room. The luggage attendant was very informative. The hotel breakfast was amazing, comparable to cruise ship buffet breakfast. It’s very convenient to stay if you’re boarding or disembarking from a cruise since it’s right across Galataport. It’s a convenient location because in front is a tram and other public transit options. I mainly walked, it’s about an hour walk to main tourist attractions; it sounds far to walk but I feel I experience more of the city this way.

This is my second time staying at the hotel they upgraded my room with no extra charge. The staff is friendly and wonderful and I’m going back next month and I will stay at this hotel again.

I had a fantastic stay at the Port Bosphorus Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or requests I had. Their excellent communication made my experience smooth and stress-free. The accommodations were spotless, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the restaurant—it was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to every meal. Overall, the Port Bosphorus Hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean facilities, attentive staff, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Rooms are small

Nice place, just opposite main ships terminal, which is very convenient. Place is updated, modern inside, rooms large, bed very comfortable. Plenty of outlets to charge / desk and lamp in room, so to do some work if desired. Small fridge and safe in room as well. Arrived around 11 and was allowed early check in. All in All liked the place and recc with no reservations...Nice place.

The hotel location is excellent, walking distance from Galataport. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property is in walking distance (20-25 mins) to many tourist locations and was conveniently located just a few hundred meters to the tram station that took you to many sites such as the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, etc. The staff did not orient us about many of the hotel facilities and amenities as well as dining options. So, I cannot say what the hotel has and does not. The property is on the main road and the noise from outside does affect your room. The property was clean and well maintained and safe. Overall if you are looking for a modest accommodation in close proximity to all sites and trams, this is a pretty good location.

Very impressed with this hotel. Location and staff exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was amazing and beautiful view from the top level restaurant. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for the first time.
