Hotel was tidy and clean - my only issue was loads of bird poo on the balcony so wasn’t able to access it at all. Staff - very attentive and friendly, we booked 3 days only but found the hotel was great so booked another 2 nights price was great too. Breakfast was very good too few options - cooking station for omelettes and the chef was great and friendly too. Pool is a great size gets a little busy at weekends with regulars but found it was only us in there at times so plenty of space to swim and sun loungers always available. The onsite gym good size loads of apparatus and great selection too. We chose half board option and it was a la carte menu for dinner- loads of options to choose 1 starter, 1 main with sized and desert. Food portion size was huge and food taste was 10/10 - we got room service and was all delivered hot and didn’t take to long either. Steak cooked to how we liked too! Overall fantastic experience would definitely recommend to friends annd family and come back ourself.

Wonderful hotel. Nicely styled. Great pool and really helpful staff. The owner was often present also and was very friendly. I have very little to complain about, the only thing I would say is that there were no gluten free options at breakfast and my partner can’t eat gluten but she just stuck to eggs and things that were naturally gluten free and the coffee in the machine was a little poor quality. But outside of that we loved our stay. Comfortable. Clean. And the staff do absolutely be and beyond constantly as well as having a fantastic pool area with amazing views of the sea.

Staff were very good and the outside pool area is great. I booked a room for 2 but turned into 3 after a cockroach joined us. The drinks are shockingly expensive, 10.50 euro for a vodka and coke whereas the bar 5 mins walk is 4 euros. I know it's a 4 star hotel but no need to rip folks off just because you can. The pool food was more reasonable and tasted good. The a/c controls in the room are a true nightmare to use and require a science degree to understand the 5,000 button choice, also if you open the balcony door the a/c cuts off automatically - a cheap move for a 4 star hotel and very annoying if you are going in and out to the balcony.

We had a brilliant stay at Lebay beach, having previously stayed here a couple of years ago we knew it was nice. The staff are what make the place, they are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for having us

Instead of - welcome to our hotel there is a sign “NO delivery is allowed”. There is no kiosk with drinking water so you have to buy the overpriced minibar water. Delivery - I had to go 200m away to pickup a gift because they don’t allow bring any delivery to the hotel. I don’t mind picking it up from outside, but the fact they don’t allow bring it even from 200m away is ridiculous. Otherwise staff is nice. Location too.

Hotel was lovely but wish we booked a sea view as didn’t realise inland view would be facing car park and main road . (The way it showed in photos it would just be a mountain inland view ) If we booked sea view it would have been beautiful… Breakfast was a lot of choice but the hot food was just Luke warm which let it down . Nice little touch in bedroom with slippers and nice toiletries. Would definitely go back but pay the extra for a sea view .

Rooms were nice and clean as was the rest of the hotel and grounds. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back for a longer time in the future.

Worst ever experience of my travel days. Hotel is having massive road works in front of the venue it’s noisy even during night time. No support or finding alternative provided by the hotel nor Expedia. Also outside season multiple amenities of the hotel not functioning or closed.

Great hotel! Clean rooms, facilites were great and staff very obliging to make the stay enjoyable.

The staff is very friendly and nice, they even gave us the option of getting a soft drink in a bottle. However, there is a serious cleaning problem in the rooms - lots of hair in the room, in the shower room there are eyelashes stuck to the countertop of the person who was there before us, the towels are dirty, and it really disgusted us! We didn't even shower even though we arrived from a late flight! So even though the staff is friendly and the hotel is nicely decorated, the cleaning was very disappointing and it's a shame.

Decent hotel with large rooms and large double bed. Bathroom was very small with no place to put your grooming products as the sink area had no space. Worst thing was the WiFi which was Non-existent in the rooms!!! Location was near other nicer hotels with a nice promenade connecting the beachfront hotels. Bus stop outside but pavements are not finished. Food was quite limited at breakfast and dinner.

The room was misrepresented as a "suite" when it was only just one room.

This hotel was really not as expected. Overall very shoddy and tired looking. Bedroom and bathroom not clean. Towels grey and threadbare. The final straw was breakfast on plastic plates like a prison. We booked for a week and checked out after the first night.
