Beautiful hotel!! So comforting like home

It is a nice hotel with good facilities! Food is excellent but expensive. At this price point breakfast should be included, 26 euros per person is a lot in my opinion. We had a great time and will consider visiting again.

Fabulous

What a FANTASTIC place. Loved it, as did my wife. Beautiful spa, great rooms, and really cool style throughout. However, the food was absolutely the star of the stay, along with the "no problem' attitude and friendly nature of the staff. I have enjoyed this hotel stay more than any other in the last 3 years. And certainly the best I have experienced in Europe. Brilliant.

I was visiting the town to support a friend while she undergoes treatment. The hotel and staff were more than accommodating. The hotel is top quality as far as room, the spa, the gym and location!

Staff and reception are good not friendly. Cleaning up Room was poor.Wellness is very good relax and enjoy.

I really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel. My only small complaint is that the kitchen closes by 9:30pm, so if you need a late night meal, this is not possible. The other shortcoming was the wifi was not adequate for my work, especially in my room. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and amazing spa!

Beautifully designed hotel, comfy beds, small but well-equipped and attractive spa area. Food / breakfast seemed pricey but totally worth it- amazing portions of really high quality ingredients! Staff helpful and pleasant but not much info given on check-in (hello, here’s your room key, enjoy!) and no info in room regarding check-out times, services, amenity availability etc; we found that every time we passed reception we had another question to ask! However, everyone was friendly and warm. NB: Parking is in a public pay-on-exit car park across the road, make sure you have cash for the machine as after a lovely, relaxing, luxurious break, standing in the rain rummaging for change was a bit of an anticlimax!

Hotel was generally lovely. Beware of the site saying free water. No longer available. No parking available unless disabled. The public car park is only 2 mins away but at a cost of €7 a day. Also we tried to check out a day early but couldn't as the hotel refused. Lovely hotel though. Exceptionally clean (although our room was only cleaned once during our 5 night stay) staff friendly but don't go out of the way for your requests.

This is a good, if a bit more pricey (for the region) hotel. The room was really nice. Sometimes the service was lacking a bit (new bathroom supplies, ...) The personel was correct, but not that friendly (when addressing and issue, like the above example, it felt like it was our fault or so). The restaurant was correct but forgetful and rather slow.

This is a nice hotel but like any European hotel, the rooms are small and the building structure creates odd spaces. Beds are very comfortable.

Very happy with with service the hotel provides. I will recommend this hotel.

Ein sehr schönes Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels, sehr freundliches Personal. Einziger Nachteil: nach dem Saunagang musste man über die Straße zu den Rooftop Zimmern. Dafür war es dort ausgesprochen ruhig.

Das Upgrade zur Suite. Das Standardzimmer war nicht so, wie auf der Webseite beschrieben, deshalb haben wir ohne Probleme eine Suite erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Bei € 26,00 pro Person hatten wir uns eine bessere Brötchen, Käse und Wurstauswahl erhofft. Es gab z.B. Tomaten und Mozarellabällchen aber kein Basilikum und Olivenöl dazu. Kaffee musste man sich auch erbitten und dauerte auch recht lange bis er serviert wurde.

Alles bestens und perfekte ruhige Lage in der Stadt

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt reicht der Platz, wenn man für einen Wanderurlaub gepackt hat, kaum aus und leider hat der Tresor nicht funktioniert.
