Nice elegant hotel. Great service on a very busy week.

All staff was good but specially Naveen was the Best

Friendliness of staff from reception to kitchen staff. Property is well maintained. Pity that Jacuzzi was not functioning and steam room was not powerful to enjoy the steam. Spa was fantastic although over priced.

Ended up in a smoker room (did not ask for it). AC controller apparently broke free from its human tormentors and started a rebellion.

Start with entry reception welcome was not so good. Room given had very bed outside view which lead non opening of curtains during the stay. No room replacement provided when asked. Qhe go for breakfastt and dinner some staff are looking to hide themselve when asked for service. Food was excellent with Cher ravi and staff rohit was giving their best to the customers satisfaction. In room some basic aminities was missing like irn board is there without iron. Switchboard hiding behind the table. Satellite box hiding under the table. Swimming pool is on top of the hotel in open. Spa facilities was temperory out of service.

Pleasant Stay. Updated hotel and in good condition. Food was good and breakfast choices were abundant. Lobby is modern and beautiful with spotless marble finishes.

They gave us two rooms in floors under reconstruction, the air did not work in either of them and the smell of paint was terrible, after we complained they moved us to another floor where everything was in order.

Yes I had an excellent stay . Excellent service in the restaurant and excellent housekeeping. The housekeeper left excellent notes wishing pleasant stay
