The hotel is a skip away from the tram. Heating works. It is, of course, quiet, being Canberra. Didn't have breakfast nor use any facilities so cannot comment. It is part of the Accor group.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. No restaurant (limited service).

This hotel was perfect, close to the tram, very clean. Definitely enjoyed my stay there and would come back if I ever get back to Canberra.
