The room has a musty smell. The bathroom is smelly and very dirty. The building is dirty and unsafe. Because anyone can easily reach our room If using an air conditioner or TV, need to pay more money. Introduce us Thai people together. Don't come. The only advantage is near Kokusai Road and the restaurant under the building is very delicious.

This is our first time stay in a guesthouse with shared bathroom. It is clean but you need to wait because there is one per floor. Also, the air-con is quite a problem. You need to put coins in to make it work but we did not use it, just open the window because it was cold when we were here. However, we couldn't imagine if it's a summer. The location is so good not too far from monorail. The room is clean. So, I think the price is reasonable.
