I had a great stay at this motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and the location is convenient, with everything nearby. One of the best motels in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for one night and had a good experience. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again.

The cleanliness in the room was not very good, but was better than the bathroom which was managed and cleaned badly and if we talk about staff, it was poorly managed..not as hospitable as should be. Overall, I didn’t stay in the room for much, but I believe it wasn’t worth the money.

I don't know how this place is on expedia to be honest. This room was disgusting. They put in a hung up air freshener (dollar store?) that was the worst smell we have ever encountered. It was so bad we could smell on our clothes after we left for hours. So unhealthy. The Ad says resaurant, there is no restaurant. It's minimally cleaned bed sheets like cardboard. Would not recommend this place at all. They want the money but don't care for the property. Pleasant people but filthy. They have pest control repeller in outlet for all to see. Perhaps if they cleaned they wouldn't have rodents. Beware!

The hotel link said there was a playground for kids. This playground is at a park down the road, and not at the motel. There were only 2 pillows on each bed and there were 4 of us. The sink vanity was incredibly short. The bed was comfortable enough, and my kids enjoyed the experience. All in all, it was ok

A hidden GEM! Continently located, super clean room, beautifully maintained grounds and friendly staff. We loved that it was family owned and operated. Nice amenities like a great BBQ and cool fire pits. The property also faces west and provides amazing sunsets. We will be back for sure!

We had an amazing experience staying at Shenstone Motor Inn. The staff recommended several places to visit, and thanks to their suggestions, we had some of the best experiences during our trip to Tobermory. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Although it’s a small property, the people at the front desk have the biggest hearts and truly make every guest feel special. Their hospitality deserves 11 out of 10 stars! The owner even offered us a bonfire, which made our evening even more enjoyable and memorable. That thoughtful gesture really showed how much they care about their guests. I would definitely recommend Shenstone Motor Inn to anyone visiting Tobermory. If you want to enjoy not only the beautiful area but also warm and genuine hospitality, this is the perfect place to stay.

To be honest, from the outside this motel looked not well taken care of BUT we were very pleasantly surprised by how clean, comfortable and updated the rooms were. We were very impressed. A great play to stay if you’re looking for something affordable ❤️

Pros: The place was easy to locate with lots of parking spaces. The staff were nice, helpful, and informative. The room was spacious for a family of 5. There was also a huge space for your family to enjoy. Cons: The internet connection was very poor in the area. I think it was not just in the motel, but also the nearby places.

The staff at Shenstone were wonderful. You definitely get what you pay for. AC working wonderfully and they replaced new towels every day. Thankful for it!

We had a wonderful stay! Jigneshbhai and his wife were incredibly kind and gave us a very warm welcome, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I truly appreciate their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a nice small motel exactly 5 minutes outside of Wiarton. Family run, owners were onsite and were very helpful. The rooms have had some updating, but not completely, having said that they were very clean and very reasonably priced. I stayed here on a motorcycle trip.
