They never sent me an access code to get into my room. The phone # provided to get help. just hung up on me when i called. There was another guest with the same nightmare. We lucked out because an employee just happened to show up and she had to look us up on her phone to give us codes. The cabin was stifling hot, and there wasn't any way to change the room temperature. I had to open the wibdow which made things very loud and windy. The television didn't work. The only plus was the bed was comfortable
