Hotel is located near the bus stop which makes it easy to catch the bus from Shin-Fuji station if you arrive by Shinkansen. View of Mount Fuji from the hotel room was amazing! Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave the hotel. This is a good system to make sure you don’t lose your room keys when traveling outside. Free breakfast was included and it is common Japanese style breakfast buffet. Coin Laundry is great as there is also a dryer.

The food was awesome both dinner and breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only stayed 1 night as i was passing thru on to Tokyo. Only thing that was a little off was that they had you take off your shoes and store thrm into a locker in the lobby. A bit strange.

I think it is a good place to stay for business or if you plan to be out all day. I was visiting my sister in town and it worked out okay, but it really threw me off when I found out I had to be out of the hotel between 10-3. It’s not like regular hotel where you can come and go at your leisure. I also was not crazy about having to lock my shoes to enter, and if you happen to return to hotel when there is a line of people checking in, you have to wait just to get your key for your shoe box. The room is clean and the bed was comfortable, but the particular room I was in had no closet. You basically had to live out of your bag/suitcase. I got used to it after few days but you do have to adjust your expectations. Overall, my stay at this hotel was fine, but I was not crazy about it.

The view was amazing and we were grateful staff allocated these rooms to us. Everything else was pretty basic (and having to leave our shoes downstairs was odd!)

Very much a Japanese business hotel. You have to take your shoes off at reception. But I liked that quirky aspect. Breakfast was really good. Not western but If I want western food I would go to a western country, not Japan. Overall a good place to stay. The view from the bedroom window of Mt Fuji would have been brilliant if the weather was better.

This hotel was locate in the middle of civic center across street from a city park and has a perfect view of Mt. Fuji from the room. It was super clean that looks almost brand new. It’s also close to supermarket and convenient store.

Very clean, new hotel with some larger room options available. Guests are required to remove their shoes and store them in the lobby foot lockers before going up to their rooms. Overall a simple and straightforward hotel experience.

We went to see Mount Fuji close. The access to the hotel is a long walk from the train. Staff very friendly and the hotel was very good, breakfast included. The day we arrived was very cloud but next day we have the most beautiful view of Mont Fuji just in our window, was amazing. The view worth everything and the hotel was very very good overall. The area has no much to do but if you want jusr relax this is a great place to stay.

Great view of Mount Fuji from the room! The staffs are very friendly. We don't speak Japanese and they helped us a lot!

The hotel is relatively new so it was nice and clean. Wish it was closer to public transportation but given the city itself, it is probably as good as it’s going to get.
