It felt like an apartment with all the amenities.. home away from home..

Always clean and easy to check in.

I stayed here for two weeks and it was the perfect spot, especially for an extended stay. It was a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a kitchen, a huge bathroom and two televisions. The location was excellent for where I needed to be. While there is limited exposure to the hotel staff, especially on the weekend, the check-in was smooth and everything I requested showed up in a very timely and friendly manner. I would highly recommend especially for a long day. I loved it.

Walkable to restaurants,grocery stores and to tourist sites

Very few supplies for a week. Had to request additional towels and toilet paper. Kitchen could be stocked a bit better in terms of utensils and plates. Washing machine was handy but the push buttons were very damaged and made it hard to get it going. Great location. Very responsive to requests however staff only onsite m / f regular business hours.

Excellent all around, will definitely stay here again in the future

The property was exactly what I expected. The location is excellent. It was clean.

Clean room, quiet building, ideal location

The suite was great, parking easy and secure but had to pay extra for permit. We had some issues with the washing machine, however the on site staff allowed us to use a machine in an unoccupied suite, the following day our machine was replaced. So hats off to them for sorting things out very quickly.

Excellent downtown location for access to the canal and other places. Very clean and quiet, plus car and bike parking available here.

Easy check in check out. Checked in on a Thursday afternoon and checked out on the Tuesday. No housekeeping was done but called the after hours line and they told me where I could get an extra towel and they brought us a second robe since the room only had 1 when we got there. Felt like living in a a nice apartment and was located pretty centrally.

The apartment was very clean and modern. The staff were responsive and professional at all hours . The kitchen was supplied with all the essential appliances , cutlery , and dishes. Bank Street, a half a block away has numerous homeless but did not interfere in hour walks. The residence is very well positioned to a variety of museums, parliment , Byard market, and Rideau Mall.

My experience was terrible, it’s complicated to get in. And hard to get staff over the phone to help you out. And it’s a hotel mixed with residential place just terrible.

Several family members stayed here when we came to town for a family event. Clean convenient Sun-filled , quiet apartments. Everything worked. The kitchen was well equipped. Modern bathrooms with great showers. In suite laundry was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that I didn't like was the constant sound of the fan. It was very loud and could not be shut off.

All the comforts of home, great location with lots of restaurants nearby.

Good value although all communication being remote and nobody being present at anytime is frustrating when you need to deal with them
