One of the best hotels and I will be considering to stay there again.

I am very satisfied staying here, strategic location, very clean and comfortable room.

The room a bit small if you need to open big luggage, as for preparation since we just staying for catching up our next flight in the morning (we arrived at night) I already prepare my clothe and skin care in cabin luggage. We love the service when doing check in and check out, all automatic and not wasting time, the best one they provide free shuttle to/from Narita airport so you no need to worry how to get to the hotel, just make sure the schedule by email. Too bad we can’t try the breakfast since we have to leave at 6 am and the breakfast prepare on 6.30 Am. But overall we have a good sleep there.

The hotel was great. Too bad we only stayed for one night. Thank you Toyoko Inn.

The hotel near from airport and they have airport transfer service

Very convenient when you arrived at the airport and picked up by its shuttle bus, and you use the same bus to go to the airport in the morning. The hotel has nice convenience store. The room with twin beds can fit family of two adults and two kids (7-10 yo)

Good for catching morning flight. Bin in toilet didn't clear up but over all is good! Will stay again if next needed.

It 's a great stay and the hotel is considered still new. Hotel is clean and there is 24 hours Lawson in the lobby. Breakfast is great. And most important is the hotel provide FREE shuttle from and to the Narita airport. It 's just about 5 minutes from hotel to Narita terminal 2 and about 10 min to Narita term 1. If you are from Narita airport want to go to the hotel: Terminal 1-Exit to Hotel Shuttle Bus No. 16 and wait for the blue bus (there is written name toyoko inn in the bus, easy to recognize). There is a bus timetable on the wall that you may check (the bottom line). Terminal 2- If I recall correctly it 's shuttle point No. 31 (please recheck) Thanks Toyoko.

In Narita area. The hotel is very big. The room so spacious and comfy. And we can be get shuttle bus from hotel to airport anytime. Very cheap with breakfast! Very recommended. Thankyou!

Very good place to stay while waiting for your flight. We can reach the place by going to narita airport T2-T3 station after using skyaccess (from oshiage sta.), and we can definitely walk from the airport station to the hotel, just a little bit tricky to found the right way. But it definitely can. Also it has one 24hr mini market there.

Nice place to crash when you want to rest during your long connecting flight. Or you have an early flight. They provided free shuttle bus (to and from) airport.

Stay the night here for my early flight back. The shuttle bus is really convenient, and the room is big, make it possible for me to use the space for my luggage since we're coming back home the next day. Will stay here again if I have early flight from Tokyo or if I arrive in Tokyo too late.

Good value for money. Close by the airport, accessible via free and frequent airport shuttle bus. Decent breakfast and satisfactory amenities.

Very convenient to stay here due to the close proximity to the airport (3-4 min walking) and the frequent free airport shuttle bus. The room is small which is common in Tokyo. Two twin beds can be joined for 2 adults and 2 young children (5 and 8 yo). Complete amenities (including japanese pajama that I like so much). Will definitely stay here for next trips to Tokyo.

Hotel is good and nice the food is OK.

The accommodation is not far from the airport. There is a shuttle bus from the airport around, convenient. Breakfast is available. In the evening there are restaurants within walking distance. But the way is a bit dark, but there are lawson as an alternative under the hotel.
