Sangat kecewa & saya merasa menyesal booked 2 malam sekaligus. Saya merasa tertipu‼️ Apalagi tujuan ke Semarang adalah untuk mengurus orang tua yang sedang sakit. Berharap bisa istirahat setelah seharian di Rumah Sakit, tapi kenyataannya tidak sesuai harapan. Dari parkiran sudah punya first tidak bagus. kotor dari pintu masuk lobby. Kamar sangat kotor, walaupun sekilas terlihat bersih, tapi waktu dilihat secara teliti wah Kacau! Kamar kotor, penuh noda, bahkan banyak rambut rambut bersebaran di lantai. Noda di dinding dan peralatan di kamar sangat banyak dan cukup terlihat. Bagian paling shock ya pas ngecek bagian dalam selimut, ternyata ada noda d*r*h yang masih baru. Mana setelah komplain malah dikasih selimut dan sprei yang penuh Noda juga lagi. Pelayanan sangat kurang, ditambah detail terkait kebersihan, kerapian, kenyamanan pengunjung sangat tidak diperhatikan oleh Pihak Pengelola. NB : Saya & adik saya found out pada waktu malam, setelah selesai bantu urus keluarga/orang tua yg sedang di Rawat di RS Ketileng semarang. jadi waktu checked in siang nya tidak sempat mengecek keadaan Kamar dengan teliti terlebih dulu, karena buru-buru harus ke RS.
