The staff were very good and attentive. There was a great breakfast, at an additional cost, which is rare in this area.

Bed is soft and comfortable. No underlying plastic on the mattress. Breakfast was bit disappointing for the cost.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. While some staff were very friendly, others were not as much. While there are amenities such as a hot tub and pool, travelers should be aware that they will need to pay a daily fee per person for usage.

This property is immaculate, large and convenient to most types of transportation. The breakfast is okay for Westerners and great for Asian customers. This hotel advertises "English-speaking staff" but fails to mention those two persons staff members who can speak English in a conversation aren't on-duty throughout the day. This caused quite a bit of dismay on each day of my stay. Upon check-in, I was told of the roof-top pool and given a schedule of times it could be accessed. Surprisingly, I was then told it was 15,000 KRW for each session used. I advised her I was a travel-writer and showed her not only my printed-out copy of their hotel's amenities showing it as a listed included amenity vs their breakfast for a fee. Additionally, I brought-up their hotel's page on my phone which showed the same thing. I advised her a clarification needed to be made immediately to which she assured me it would be. Nothing changed for my entire 6-day stay. Due to this hotel's deceptive pricing issues and refusal to admit their mistake (intentional or not), I cannot recommend this property.

This property is a real sleeper, best room we had for 4 people between high-end properties in Seoul and Tokyo. Very large sleeping area with the sitting space and an amazing bathroom and shower facilities. This property does not really have a serviceable gym, excellent value for the money and 4 blocks from famous fish market.

Absolutely loved my room. It was very cost adorable and very nice. Nice size room with huge nice comfortable bes. As well as big bath room. Also located right across from subway station. And close to shopping area. You could walk to lots of places or jump on subway easily.

Qe stayed as family of 4 and the room on 9th floor was huge. Big bathroom, dual twin beds were larger then i expected. Nice and clean, modern, and quite a few places to eat around the hotel. Nice 20 minute walk to a starbucks, and across the street from the train station.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Close to the train station, with convenience stores right across the street. There were a few times I felt uncomfortable as the locals got drunk and rowdy when it was late at night, so single ladies be aware of that. I would stay at that hotel again!

Only 2 elevators for 11 floors… that’s a long waiting time. People at the hotel barely speak English

Bit of a mixed bag. Room well enough appointed and comfy but very different from the marketing photos seen online. Very limited breakfast choice for international travellers and hotel is a bit worn and tired

Checking in was good when you go to Korea 🇰🇷 everything is far away not a good vk spot public transportation is the worst. Hotel was good accept the pool area people of color they would ask stupid questions like were ticket 🎟 you don't need it . Pool views is great. P.s. 7 Evele all over the place.

The room is nice. What is disturbing is the music from the bar until 1:30 AM. Avoid a room on the 10th floor.

I stayed there for two days with my daughters. The room was ok size (I booked family room), but air ventilation was huge problem. I felt the room was always humid. I kept turn on the fan to the highest level and it didn’t help much. Just made loud annoying noise. And right before in leave the room, I found that one of the window can be opened. Not many hotel has a window that opens. I didn’t care much of the view (looking at the station parking lot), so i kept the blind closed. I wish they told about the window and ventilation. Another thing bothered me the most is that they requested deposit for everything!!!! Umbrella, sewing kit, who knows what else.. it was rainy day and every time I leave the hotel with umbrella, I gave them $5 and got it back. They should have my charge info, so why do they ask this stupid, inconvenient deposit??? Something is not returned, just charge to my bill! Kids cafe and bouncy place can be accessed by anyone even you don’t stay in the hotel.. as a guest, you get little discount.

This is the best kept secret!! My friend and I stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is directly across the street from the metro. Incredibly convenient. Super clean room and comfortable beds. Amazing bathroom with modern soaking tub and hidden bathroom door for toilet. Beautiful infinity pool, delicious breakfast and free laundry facilities. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Enjoy this secret treasure.
