The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Very new, clean, and modern, but important to note it's not in the city center. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the exception of Jean. Our train from Paris was cancelled and so we needed to reduce our nights stayed, and he was very unhelpful and rigid despite Hotels.com contacting him and offering to reverse all charges/commissions.

Excellent hotel. The staff were lovely, the room was beautifully clean with a brilliant view over the city, and the facilities were well maintained. Close to major transport links, a small supermarket next door. An overall brilliant stay.

The breakfast was basically correct but was always the same every morning, so we stayed 5 Nights ...absolutely no variation.

The pics gave the impression that there's a terrace;there is but just for business clients.The 24 hour snack shop was not open at 2 pm.Instant coffee in the room was not good.Wouldn't stay there again or recommend.

Great hotel, but not close to downtown. Close to train station. Tram is 10 min walk. Not bad.

great place to stay! Overall great facilities, clean and welcoming. The building is new and free breakfast was a great bonus.

Nice hotel , comfortable but could be so much better. Basic facilities, no room service , dining room closed at weekend , no residents bar , unable to get a coffee in the lounge . Vending machines do not count in this regard . The area around the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Great bus and tram service nearby .
