This is our first trip to Yellowstone. The staff at the hotel were so kind and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall the inn was good. Beds were pretty comfortable, however pillows were too firm for my liking. Another miss for us were no towel hooks to hang used bath towels since room service is not offered every day, and mo toilet seat cover. In an already very small bathroom with no place to hang things, we had clothing fall into the toilet trying to get ready. If those modifications were made to the room, it would be better.

The bed was not soft and we could hear the people above us. Had to drive in to west yellowstone to eat.

Front desk help amber was amazing! Other than that it was very noisy, if you wanted to sleep past 6am it wasn’t going to happen since you could hear the microwave and waffle maker and every conversation anywhere. Overall the hotel was very noisy. The bathroom had hair all over. The eco friendly aspect of no room service if staying over a week was annoying I’d rather have them not clean if there for under 3 days or something and clean more if your there longer. Biggest complaint was the noise factor, multiple families heard a specific room come in every night around 11 and continue talking loudly until 1:30 and none of the staff helped keep them quiet until it was brought up what an incredible disturbance they were to so many other rooms. If quiet time starts at 10 the staff should be reminding people as they walk in how paper thin the walls are and that quiet time has started

The number 1 thing this motel has going for it is location. We loved the location - close to Yellowstone, but not in the middle of town and crowds. The design of the hotel was inviting and the staff was amazing. Some issues: 1, the bathroom/sink was TINY! There was also no lid on the toilet - and no place to put clean clothes, glasses, phone, etc. except the back of the open toilet! I really recommend at least putting some wall/door hooks in there! 2, we really wished they’d offered a full breakfast instead of just a continental breakfast. We had to stop at McDonald’s for hot food two mornings of our trip.

Clean and updated looking hotel about 15 minutes from West Yellowstone gate.

Comfortable room and friendly staff.

Overall this property is fine, because it's older. We just wished that during the recent renovation that the walls and doors could have been updated better for sounds. The walls seemed to be very thin, allowing way too much of the neighbors room and outside noises to come through, keeping us awake most of the night.

Great place. I will definitely stay again.

This was a good place to get a jump getting into Yellowstone.

Nice base for YNP—about 15 minutes to west gate. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Quick breakfast microwave sandwiches, fruit, muffins etc available before heading out. General store next to property was nice to have. Also a laundromat was next door. No amenities other than a firepit but it was nice in the evenings. It’s not a luxury place but provided what we needed for YNP vacation.
