An amazing stay Great customer service, staff were all very welcoming and professional Excellent breakfast- worthy of 5 star status- even offered any hot beverage freshly made- not just from a machine-the chef checked his buffet, extensive choice and care to detail. Spa on rooftop was breath taking as well as the infinity pool Great customer service from the hospitality manager Clare who went out of her way to support and give recommendations Absolutely worth staying here- although on a round about do not let that deter you ... great local restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the main ayia napa strip would definitely book again Thank you Napa Suite team ! Gorgeous private pool, lovely room with living room and bar. The bed was very comfortable. Claire the guest relations manager was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations. All the staff very polite. Hotel exceptionally clean. Tasty food especially ceasar salad but reduced menu which became a bit of a bore! Would recommend!

Has an amazing time. They need to update the restaurant times in the rooms, but they do tell you at check in. Has a great time. Highly recommend

Fantastic service from all the staff, food was great and the drinks were all very good (and comparatively well-priced for Ayia Napa) Only disappointment was the limited number of sunbeds at the rooftop bar/pool; and a cracked/damaged glass fonted balcony at our room.

The hotel room lacked basic necessities such as a hair dryer and an ironing board/iron. Not a good location as up on a hill.

4th Year returning visit! Absolutely amazing place which is made even more incredible by the attentiveness, care and efficiency of the staff!

I would have gladly given this hotel 5 stars but the lack of sound proofing in the room stopped me from doing so. In the first night we couldn’t sleep, we heard all the cars driving by. Everything else about the hotel is top notch. Breakfast is excellent, the infinity pool and the views from it are breathtaking. The room itself is a bit dated and small, but the bed is soft and comfortable. Its location is also a downside, you need a car to get to the beach

What an amazing hotel. The rooms are cute, modern and the rooftop view, pool and food and drinks were amazing. The staff was always polite and always helpful. The prices were great as well. The Asian buffet was delicious where we went twice on our stay. The rooms are very smart but sometimes too smart and detailed instructions should be provided.

Really nice stay at Hotel Napa Suites just before the Christmas. The hotel had really put effort on making the place look nice and there were all kinds of amazing decorations in festive spirit. The location is conveniently within walking distance from the Aiya Napa attractions, but not in the middle of all the bars, so it is pleasantly quieter. The staff was very helpful and nice. The restaurants were open, even if the hotel was fairly quiet during this off-season. Especially restaurant staff was just amazing, always helpful! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Parking was next to property and very easy to use.

Nice little hotel with excellent rooftop swimming pool and bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there is quite a lot of noise during the night and morning on the rooms facing the road, which left us feeling tired due to the bad quality of sleep we got. Staff is aware of this issue but didn’t give us a room facing the other side.
