Booked Luxury studio suite ! They fail to advertise that it has a single door to adjoining rooms Can here every thing going on in next room Doors opening / cupboards doors / taps People talking and arguing Mentioned on first Day to office Was told there was someone next door and rooms are connected but door locked. And they be leaving the following day Fail to mention someone else had it booked. They continued their argument from the car about missed junction and language was colour full . Getting woke up at 06:30 on a morning due to them having a shower and cupboard door banging reported again On the 3rd time of talking to the person in the office they said someone would contact me… currently still waiting We checked out on Friday and the same lady as if everything been ok with stay I said apart from the earlier morning wake up call. Noise doors banging and can hear there taps and showers running. No problem also advised our bathroom door didn’t close looked like hinges had dropped and the adjacent room access was next to bathroom door which had a clear glass panel it which could be embarrassing if someone walked passed if someone was in shower. The lady said she spoken to her manager and a bottle of wine was offered , or voucher off next stay but this was only offered when checking out. Advised would like a call from manager Still currently waiting Rang back and spoke to another lady on the Wednesday and was told she would call me back or manager would no call

Just brilliant in every way

I honestly cannot tell you what a hidden gem this place is. It blew our mind. We came to go to a nearby wedding so kind of booked it without really looking and OMG what a treat. Firstly everyone’s so nice, staff / locals cannot do enough for you which is such a rare thing these days. The rooms are outstanding, cleanest place I’ve stayed and the breakfast is probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had. We will deffo be back - such incredible value too. My biggest recommendation I’ve ever made

Need to urgently review emergency protocols, there was no numbers to contact anyone at night.

Excellent apart from 2 points, the bath plug didn't fit so we couldn't have a bath and the neighbouring room decided they would have a full scale row at 12 a.m, maybe part of the wedding reception guests from that evening maybe but all in all, we would definitely stay again.

I can honestly say everything was perfect with the room, it was beautiful, clean, all the amenities you needed was there, front of house was well mannered and polite when we arrived. I had requested for room to be decorated alittle special as it was our anniversary, and my request was granted so if you do want to stay somewhere and make it special always ask they are happy to help. Only one slight problem with the room is the noise level from other rooms, you were able to hear walking around, flushing of chain, water running,wasn’t a major issue but it did wake us up earlier than we wanted. We had an evening meal there, unfortunately my only negative that they had ran out of a starter i was looking forward to trying. I feel maybe a few more options would of been nice on the menu. We forgot to pay for breakfast on the morning so unfortunately we can’t comment on that. The staff in the bar were friendly and chatty which was nice. We have said we would love to stay here again.
