Perfect family with kids stay. The pools, playground and bbq facilities are great! We had a 2bedroom apt, very spacious, air-conditioned, kitchen has eveything you need. Only downside was the water mess left behind after having a lovely hot shower. Overall had a great time and would love to return

Great facility Paul was amazing kid friendly, room was good for a big group, couple of minute drive to Pacific fair or an easy walk easy walk up to Broadbeach. Great location easy walk to the beach.

Great for families, great swimming and spa facilities.

Good value for money, easy for kids, good location

resort we had stayed 20 odd years back so new it was an older site . Apartment was great for a family with the 4 bedrooms but as I said old resort so some aspects of apartment are a little tired. Had a few issues with stuff broken of failing but were sorted promptly. Fell short on couple things . Towel rail had been broke off wall in main ensuite so had just been put in cupboard under sink and not been fixed . furniture on balcony a bit past use by date with 1 chair a bit of a danger with broken back . Resort its self was great when quiet for kids and families but did get noisy around the pool as the alcahol flowed so was thankful apartment was far enough away .

Likes: - Proximity to the beach. - Good size rooms Dislikes: - Thought there would be a lift as it said its a penthouse apartment. No lift and the apartment was on the third floor. Had to make my old parents climb the stairs - Aircon is only in the living room corner and it cools just that corner. - Showers got zero to no pressure. Taps have excessive pressure. - Was given one set of soap bars per bathroom for 4 nights stay. No milk was given until asked for. - House keeping is done only if you stay for 8 days.

Did not receive email stating where to pick keys up went to office who knew nothing but with call to last minute was able to sort it out quickly a d a nice young lady delivered key's to us and an enjoyable time was spent there

Nice location and friendly customer service. Proximity to the beach and Pacific Fair is a great feature of this place. The play area and pool are also great for families. The extra bed was great for families. Perhaps cleaning the balcony a little bit would make it more pleasant to sit there and enjoy the ambience. Pest control should be done to get rid of the bugs. Saw and killed two cockroaches, one on the kitchen bench and another on the floor.

It was great for the kids with the pool right outside the door and we enjoyed the regular visits from the crow. Very quiet and close to Pacific Fair.

Apartment itself was a bit dated, carpet was worn and kitchen basic but for a family it was perfect. Pool area was fantastic - heated kids pool, 2 spas and playground. Communication and assistance from managers was second to none.

Our apartment 54 was a 2 bedroom apartment, good size & pretty good value for the $$ spent. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped but apart from that would definitely stay again. The pools were lovely as well as the outdoor BBQ area.

We had a wonderful stay. Mel & Vlad were great and helped out with anything we needed. The location of the property was so close to the pool and made for a very relaxing holiday.

Perfect location. Close to the beach and all shops and restaurants. The pool and barbeque area is fantastic and the host is very friendly and helpful.

Great facilities in the apartment as well as a great pool area for the kids (and adults)

The lagoon & swimming areas were definitely a highlight especially for the kids. The resort room it's self is quite dated & very basic, could do with an update. 1 towel per person wasn't quite enough if swimming too.
