The stay was just alright, it wasnt very clean as well. The shower was stucked so the water wouldnt drain properly. Called the customer service, no one came and repair even they said they are going to send someover to fix it. Do bear in mind that you will have to collect your key at a differnet place even youre checking in within the chek-in time, which was quite inconvenience in my opinion

The place is in a super location and could be great. But these were the things I found poor. I would not recommend this place and the response to my complaints was not great. 1. Firstly on arriving the place was very cold outside of the Kitchen. I assume that somebody had turned on the heating in the kitchen and then realized they couldn’t in the sitting room. I reported the fault and somebody was sent over to help. It was clear that the heater had not been working for some time as the socket was faulty. 2. In addition to this the lights in the sitting room did not work and the lights on entry to the property did not work either. 3. The most serious concern was relating to the lack of lighting in the stairway which should have been linked to a sensor. This was not working meaning that lights only came on part way down the stairs. The lights were clearly in need of attention and left not working and as this is a health and safety issue was unacceptable. 4. There was damage to a number of ceilings which looked like water damage from upstairs and also water damage from outside. This clearly was not a new issue with peeling paint and electrics added over the top of the plasterboard. 5. The front door key to the property from the street is not working well. It took me over a minute to enter one evening. 6. The sink tap fixing in the kitchen is loose 8. The room does not look like the pictures. You will get a room with cheap Ikea furniture. Also, the check in process is ridiculous. They seem like do not care if you want to stay or not. They treat you like bagging them for you room that you have paid for it!!!

Great location! I didn't like the run around with the check-in process. Very sketchy, I could not get the location prior to my arrival. I called and was given a code to enter. I had to call back because she didn't tell me where to get the door KEY, with was down the street at a "smoke shop". Would be excellent place, but they need to fix the check-in situation!

Amazing location, the place was really really nice, especially for the great price. What I was let down by, was the fact that the staff didn't know which door it was. I was told on the phone, it's the green door number 6, it turned out to be around the corner number 7 with a black door.

This was a lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location. There is no person on this property. You must send ID and credit card authorization prior to staying here. Keys are picked up at a different location but is within a 5 min walk to the property. The communication between the property admin was excellent and very friendly. I would stay here again. I did t realize that the paperwork was needed beforehand but knowing that now I think it will be easier the next time. Be aware that there is limited check in times. A think a later check in is possible at a fee of 30£. The apartment was great though!

While this apartment easily accommodates a couple or a single person, travellers have to be aware that checking in is a bit of a runaround. The flat is spacious and has room to sleep 2 in the small double that’s in the master suite, and 2 on the pull out couch. The bathroom has a stand up shower but you just go through the bedroom to access it, which could be tricky if you’re two couples. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, 2 burners and an oven with Waitrose on the next block. The property management staff is very responsive via email and there all very helpful. My two biggest issues were the noise - something that’s hard to control. It’s a ground floor flat and you get the street noise (even if it’s a quiet street) but you get the neighbours noise from upstairs loud and clear. During my stay, they were up all night walking around on both nights. If you’re a light sleeper, this will be an issue. Second problem is the checkin process. I had to send my credit card on a form for the deposit (which has yet to be returned), a copy of my ID and a copy of me holding my ID. None of this feels safe to me but I have a limited fund credit card and blurrednaome of the ID details out. It was still nerve wracking less than 24 hours before arrival. Finally, you have to pick up the keys at a local shop... it was nearby but not exactly convenient. The flat is great and I’d probably stay there again if the rates are competitive.

Absolutely amazing location! The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. I couldn’t believe the size of then apartment for a London location! I absolutely loved it! The key pick up location of the shop would be better if it was confirmed in the email rather than an address as Google map doesn’t really pick up the location. The staff were very accommodating to my requested and returned all my calls/emails for an early check in:-)

Flere ting dårlig me denna plassen. Først så fikk vi absolutt ikke sjekke inn før tiden, de skulle være presist kl15:00. Innsjekinen var i en shjappe en 7 minutters gå tur vekke. Når vi kom til leilighetsbygget var det vanskligt å åpne døra på grunn av nøkkellåsen. Det måtte eit spesielt knep til for å få den opp, heldigvis var de noen andre som budde i bygget som kom å hjelpe oss. Når vi kom var de også vanskeli å finne ut hvilken leilighet som var hvilken siden dørene ikkje var merket. Vi var fire personer som skulle bu her. Det var kun reine dynetrekk til dei sol sov i senga. Som betydde at to av oss ikkje hadde dynetrekk og måtte sove med laken over oss. Vi ringte flere ganger og fortalte dette og hver gang sa dei at de skulle komme npem med reint dynetrekk i løpet av dagen og at dei hadde skrevet klage om de. I tillegg til dette funket ikkje varmeovnene. Sjøl om dei sto på kom de ikkje nåke varme. Ringte på grunn av dette og men fekk den samme beskjeden om at de skulle komme ein mann å hjelpe. Ingen mann kom. Dette resulterte i at vi som 5 døgn i ein iskald leilighet. Måtte gå med jakker og skjerf inne for å holde varmen.

Leiligheten ligger i et rolig strøk i nærheten av Gloucester Road metrostasjon. Leiligheten fungerte fint for fire voksne menn, en dobbeltseng og en sovesofa. Det var ikke påslått varmeanlegg, som gjorde at det var noe kaldt. Vi sa ikke i fra om dette, da det gikk fint for oss. Når dere bestiller leiligheten, kreves det et depositum for oppholdet på ca kr 2000,-. Dette var noe tungvint. Nøkkelen hentes hos en kiosk i nærheten av leiligheten, hvor du må oppgi en kode. Kiosken har åpent til midnatt, på nettet er det oppgitt kl 2300. Ellers var alt ryddig, fin leilighet i et fint byområde. Anbefales.

Lägenheten har ett fantastiskt läge. Man sover riktigt bra även i bäddsoffan. Fräscht och med modern design. Wi-fi och tv skulle fungera men gjorde inte det men det gjorde oss ingenting. Vi hade ingen värme i lägenheten först men det fixade de till dag 2 efter ett samtal. Betalade säkerhetsdepositionen via en invoice istället för deras formulär de mailade. Vi hade det mycket bra i detta lugna och mysiga område. Mataffärer och restauranger inom gångavstånd.
