Staff was great… room wise could do some improvement as it feels rundown. Toilet was small. When check in and gone to the said level the lights on the floor were off… had to turn on our mobile phone lights to get to the our room.

Beautifully-maintained property. Very nice except the big bath on the 7th floor. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast too. Well done.

Lovely onsens on top floor, nice spacious warm change rooms, nice relaxing lobby/lounge area, exceptional dinner, traditional Japanese with a touch western fusion and nice helpful staff. It was winter so it was cold to walk around, would love to come back Spring or Autumn

A beautiful little town nested in the valley. Really enjoyed using the private Onsen which was the highlight of our trip. A place to just relax and unwind. Perfect escape for mind and body.

The staff is very polite and accommodating.

The quiet atmosphere was very relaxing and all staff were very lovely (we liked Yabe and Suzuki)

最初はドアの鍵が開がなくフロントに行きスタッフに来て貰いコツがあるという事で対応させました。入ったらトイレの清掃がしていない状態でした。汚物がそのままありびっくりしました。その後部屋を変えて貰ったのですが部屋が寒くて温まるまでずいぶんかかりました。

朝食のヨーグルトにキャベツがはいっていた。 また、ゴミ箱のごみが入ったままで気持ち悪かった

停車很方便。 空調很溫暖。

和室でザ旅館て言う感じ。 食事も夕食、朝食ともすごく美味しかった。特に、夕食の懐石料理がすごくよかった。 大浴場も個室露天風呂という感じで、早く入れば貸し切り状態なので、堪能できました。

食事が最高 暑い日でしたが空調もよくよく眠れました お風呂改修中で入れなかった訳ではないですが改修が終わったらまた来たいと思います 　

温泉♨️が綺麗　ｳｪﾙｶﾑﾄﾞﾘﾝｸだけでなく色々なお菓子がある

温泉はツルツルになってとても良かった。 食事は食べた事のない物とかがあって 大満足でした。

熱水壺老舊，內部出現鏽斑

2泊しました。1日目は夜に暖房が切れ、フロントに電話してもつながらず、寒い思いをしました。食事も、ここを予約した自分を怒りたくなるようなものでした。でも2日めは、ボイラーが切れることもなく、食事も夕食朝食とも平均点を超えるもので、まるで違う宿に泊まったような印象です。食事会場のお嬢さん方は、人柄もよく、振る舞いもしっかり教育されていると思いました。温泉も良かったです。（階段を上がらないといけないので、足が不自由な人は入れませんが）。部屋から電車が見えるのは楽しかったです。 1日目がひどかったので、2日目のサービスを見越して泊まることはリスキーなので、また泊まることはないかなと思います。

従業員の方全てがとても穏やかで感じよかったです。テーブルや内装に清潔感を感じました。客室や食事処など、至る所にセンスを感じた分、大浴場(浴槽、歩く面、露天)は普通に感じてました。
