El estacionamiento está bien y seguro. La habitación limpia. El colchón de la cama se puede mejorar. No había acondicionador para el cabello. En Tijuana quitaron el agua en 90 secciones diferentes. Debieron prevenir esto para los huéspedes. No pudimos bañarnos, ni siquiera había agua para lavarnos los dientes. Aunque es algo que afectó a toda la ciudad, debieron prevenir la compra de la pipa con agua desde antes de que se acabara. Considero que se confiaron.

This hotel is good and clean very quiet .Staff will provide toilet paper ,clean towels ,trash bags and cleaning if you want them to enter room.Has a restaurant first floor food is good .You need to leave a deposit of $200 mexican pesos thats about $10 when you arrive they will give to you when you check out the hotel the last day .The rooms are inside the building this hotel is safe recommend to stay here and prices are reasonable for stay at hotel and food at restaurant.

Clean, contemporary, and nice views from the top floor. Quiet during sleeping hours. Precessional and attentive staff. My stay was short and sweet!

Excelente servicio pero las camas son muy duras, siento que les hace falta almohadas mas cómodas y una vez hecho el check out ya no nos dejaban estar ni en el lobby…

Todo muy bien. Cama comoda, todo tranquilo sin ruido. Estacionamiento seguro. Desayuno bueno y a buen precio.

The inside of the hotel looks immaculate, outside the hotel well it’s in the middle of nowhere, down the beaten path. The rooms are super clean, but the noise it rather loud from the hallways. Check-in was great but do know the SECURITY DEPOSIT is CASH ONLY! If you don’t have cash, go to an atm. For an overnight stay, this place was okay.

They complain on volume of tv when tv wasnt even loud
