Ideal place to stay in if visiting North! Clean, professional staff, amazing views, delicious food and accessible to check in anytime. We loved it and will go back when up there again. Thank you for being awesome!!!

We stayed at a 2 bedroom chalet. Everything is way below average for the amount charged. The furniture is incredibly outdated. The main bedroom bed has no sidetables. The second bedroom furniture was very very old. The steps to the second floor are incredibly narrow and dangerous. The did not provide coffee in the unit! And ask that we pay 10€ for the wood for the wood stove! We are gold-level hotels.com members as we travel a great deal. I would never return to his location and do not recommend it. The only silver lining was that Sanni at the front desk was just FANTASTIC and incredibly helpful.

I took the junior suite and it had an incredible view with a private sauna. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Overall, the stay was very good. Although there was a lot of variety at breakfast, there is still room for improvement, including the coffee. It is instant and not bean-based. Small details, but overall everything was very good.

Good place to spent the night in. A lot of activities surrounding this place.

The view was awesome, but the staff was better. One of my first experiences in the snow and it was unforgettable. Perfect view of the snowfall from a full window wall. The forest looked like a winter wonderland. Best part i was able view the Borealis lights from my room! No need to venture out. Oh yes, the room was clean and beautiful. Breakfast is included! Do have a couple restaurants down the hill.

Almost in the middle of nowhere and I loved it. Beautiful modern place. Great staff and fantastic breakfast.

New, fresh hotel with helpful and friendly staff at a great location. Good dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Comfortable bed. Only minus are the flat pillows.

We had a great stay here. Really impressed with the place. I called in advance as was not sure what time we would arrive. Picked up the keys and the service there was fantastic. Asked if it was our first time and then explained everything to do in the area and where to eat. etc. Had all the amenities you needed. Fridge, microwave, stove.. We even had a dishwasher and a washing machine! The place was Clean. The beds were ok.

Perfectly located, walking distance to market and only facilities in town. New and modern studios. Very narrow but comfortable. Sauna is a must. Large bathroom. Convenient kitchen fully equipped . Ok living space and small bedrooms. Sadly, linens and towels aren't included. Kitchen linen weren't available either. Bring yours or pay 12€ per person. Attentive staff. Beautiful place in Lapland.

This place was PERFECT. We went chasing the Northern Lights and needed a place that we could relax in during the day and have a comfortable sleep in after our night looking at the skies and Santa’s Chalet’s didn’t disappoint. The staff were so friendly. The chalet had everything we needed - a sauna, roaring fire and TV, perfect comfy beds and all of the essentials to make a delicious dinner. Shops, restaurant and bar right next door and the cosmic inferno of the Northern Lights raging above. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Huone oli mukava ja siisti. Erittäin hyvä näköala ulos. Aivan hotellin kulmalta lähti kiva pieni ulkoilureitti. Sijainti oli kaikinpuolin hyvä. Aamupala jäi hieman kesken. Allergisena olisin toivonut henkilökunnan huomioivan kun joku tuo yleisiin tiloihin lemmikin.

Ihanat näkymät hotellihuoneesta, luonto tulvi ikkunasta sisään.

Hotellet andas lugn och ro. Omsorgsfullt val av naturnära färger och möbler. panoramafönster som gör dig ett med naturen. Mycket trevlig personal och maten var utsökt. Borde ha bokat fler nätter.

Fantastiskt boende. Kommer gärna tillbaka.
