Excellent for a night stay if you have an early morning or a late night flight

Room was partially clean with a few hairs on the bed, spider webs and the top corner near the fire place, Decent parking but The road coming into the hotel, Has the most amount of potholes I've ever seen, Please drive carefully. Unfortunately the breakfast was a bit disappointing, by the selection of for English breakfast, It tasted like Most of the stuff was under hot lamp, Not many drink selections only tea, coffee apple and orange juice

Wow ..what can I say the most bizarre place ..a real Fawlty Towers vide ..checked in and wondered what I'd done checked in behind 2 really dubious characters ( one of which were asleep on the couch if the foyer) when I left) they seemed to be buying drugs on their phones... I hurried to my room which was actually quite good ..and had a microwave which given there's no restaurant was very useful ... Reception staff very helpful there was one chap drinking beer not sure what he was but he was really helpful and kind. It was cheap very cheap and the room wasn't bad but it's located up a long lane and isn't your conventional hotel ..I heard people saying it's not great for transfers either as taxis won't come up the lane ....nothing normal with this hotel but very nice staff and nice room

Excellent customer service. Very clean, well kept and quiet place. I loved the availability of a wide range of toiletries, fridges and microwaves in the rooms. Excellent breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

I was quite surprised that my key card was handed over and my room number announced out loud for anyone to hear !

We were there less than 24 hours. They only gave us one towel to share. Shortly after we arrived, a hotel employee used his key card to come into our room without knocking or announcing himself. Lastly, I had to shower without hot water. Not the best time.

Always a good stay, does exactly what it needs to

It was lovely for my stopover for one evening. Comfy bed double. Unfortunately no bedside table. Breakfast ok.

I had a microwave, fridge, safe and TV in the room, should I have needed them. The room was clean and spacious. Outside there was lots of parking. Staff were lovely, polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel does everything you need it to, stayed many times and will continue to stay. Staff are super helpful and always welcoming.

Surprisingly wonderful, understated quiet and relaxed. Inexpensive hotel but genuine. Close to Gatwick but in countryside with plenty of wildlife.

i come and say around gatwick for 2 or 3 nights a week,this sort of accomodation for me is great a single room very reasonable tele microwave fridge iron and ironing board .coffee,tea milk kettle soap and shower gel clean and quiet .nice to sit outside and watch the rabbits

pictures were slightly different to the actual rooms themselves, the breakfast was 2-3 of 5 stars as hash browns tasted frozen, my egg was slightly raw on top. the room was really warm but pretty clean and cozy. overall i'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. would stay again, staff were very friendly to.

Good stay, friendly staff

Great place have stayed here previously. Unfortunately the room at the top of the house was literally like a sauna all night. Windows closed on arrival and radiator on. Temp daytime was 33! Lovely manager and staff.

We always use this hotel as its good value for money. Lovely country side surroundings and Naz will always go over and beyond to help you

Great location for Gatwick Airport and good reception staff. Unfortunately the hotel bedroom door lock was faulty, requiring staff to break the door lock to get access. I was then given a different room that had a torn carpet and a bathroom door that didn't close.

The reception staff were very welcoming on my arrival. There was ample disabled parking right outside the entrance. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean , however there were somethings that were broken one of the side tables and a bed lamp were not working . And also the window was jammed so was unable to open
