The door codes were not sent to Hotels.com so we had to ring “urgency” alarm to get hold of staff who then came from elsewhere to assist. Super friendly, but it took forever to get in.

This is a budget hotel so don't expect fancy thrills. We were pleasently surprised. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. There many restaurants close by to choose from, within walking or driving distance. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if we were in the area.

It is a ok hotel for a 1 night stay as we were passing by. We stayed with our dog and was enough space in the room for him. They don’t allow dogs in the breakfast area. Very basic hotel with few restaurants around that get very busy

The hotel is in a great location for Futuroscope, so handy. Breakfast was really good with big selection. Room was spotless.

As we arrived the staff was lounging by the desk and did not greet or welcome us. A staff member, who I am assuming is a management role, came from the back office, did not greet or acknowledge us. Placed her cigarette pack on the counter, took a cigarette and served herself of a coffee. The staff continued on a conversation among themselves… As we returned on the second day we realized that our luggage was opened and 150 Euros were stollen from a pouch, containing 400. I know this was our fault as we should had not have left the pouch behind. The bed linen is yellowish. The dust and debris are evident all over the public areas and in the rooms (we had 2). The only positive aspect was the young man attending the front desk and breakfast area on day 2, as he offered us coffee and croissants, he was kind and welcoming.

There was dirt on the floor of the room, beetles and insects crawling around in the room, which was most unsettling. The toilet had no seat and smelt of stale piss. This was not a pleasant stay. I will never be staying at an Ibis budget again. The room was closer to a prison cell.

Overall very useful stopover between Pyrenees and Ferry port. Good value for solo and family . Good value Continental Breakfast. Very clean facilities. Great restaurants within a very short walk . A large stain on the duvet was brought up with reception , it could be seen through the cover . It wasn't removed , I was told it had been washed several times and it was Ok. Personally speaking it is not OK as it put me off sleeping in the bed ..it should have been resolved immediately, the duvet should be destroyed as who knows what it was..a new duvet of this standard costs €20..would you rather have this review that detracts from people staying or returning ? (photos if required )

Friendly and helpful staff and comfy beds

Check in was terrible, after 21.00 we need to have a code for the room/front door. It’s good there was someone we could call in the hotel for emergencies, although terrible experience after 8 hours driving with a very young child.

It's very close to Futuroscope (less than 5mn by car) and it's great because I could manage to quit the park at 8:30pm and be back at 22:30pm for the night show

Perfectly acceptable overnight stay, basic hotel but clean (the most important criteria). Not far from motorway and very near Futuroscope, if you are visiting there. Good selection of places to eat beakfast, lunch or diner within walking distance at reasonable prices.

Tired ,smelly and dirty with the previous occupants hairs everywhere. Normally stay in various Ibis Budgets in our route south but this was our 1st and last at this one. In fact if we hadnt arrived so late I woild not have stayed!

Great fuss free hotel for a stopover enroute to the south of France. Room was basic but clean and tidy with the essentials for a quick stay when on the road. Breakfast was cheap and had a lot of options for the price.

Close to the highway, clean room, friendly staff(even gotten a coffee after breakfast time). Make sure you have an Ibis booking number if you want to check in after the reception is closed with the self check in. I booked via hotels.com(Expedia) and could not check in so had to wake up the night shift. Working EV charger(22kw). Renovations are being carried out so I hope the smell in the toilet and the extraction in the shower will be dealt with. I slept at worse/dirtier hotels for more €. I will come again!
