Nice Little Gem in the heart of Palermo..We all loved it and the breakfasts are delicious :)

The nicest place we have stayed so far on this trip. The staff were amazing Alicia, Laura and Andrea all helped us with restaurant and taxi bookings. Room was spacious and breakfast was lovely. Make sure you go into the deli across the road and go out the back for lunch.

Staff was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful with, for example, booking a bus to San Vito. Location is perfect. The little balcony was also a lovely bonus.

The Hotel was absolutely perfect for our family trip to PALERMO. The staff at this hotel was exceptional, they took very good care of us, from the front desk, to the breakfast staff to the rest of the hotel staff. Alessandra was really good at helping us with getting us there, check in, and helping us find parking for the van we rented. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo, and location is absolutely perfect.

What an amazing boutique hotel! We were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped inside until we left. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Just one of the little touches was when we arrived back from a day out in a very hot condition we were asked if we would like a granita. The wonderful receptionist then delivered two delicious complimentary granitas to our room. We thoroughly recommend staying at this special boutique hotel.

Alicia was the most welcoming of greeters to this charming and stylishly comfortable hotel in, what was for us, the perfect location. The staff, each and every one, were delightful, courteous and obliging. The rooms elegant, comfortable and well-appointed; including ceramic art from a celebrated local artist. And the breakfast simply delicious!

The best thing about this hotel is the service. They really went above & beyond to make our visit to Palermo special. I deducted one star for the location of the Garden apartment. While it is spacious and nicely renovated, getting to the apartment didn’t feel entirely safe at night as it is around the corner from the main hotel down a narrow alleyway.

Beautiful old building refinished with great taste. Stayed in family room with 3 adults, gorgeous decor. Pull out couch not good, mattress. Room has little natural light. Breakfast and service excellent!

This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The rooms are really nice and clean, and quiet considering the balcony's are on one of the main roads of Palermo. The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. They showed us where to go, the best places for cannolis and arancini etc. The breakfast was delicious and served promptly. They also arranged an airport transfer for us.

Beautiful property in the heart of Palermo, and we were very happy with our room. Unfortunately, it was located very close to reception, and you could hear EVERYTHING. Including guests arriving at very late hours. Breakfast was perfectly pleasant, but pre-ordering seemed a bit unnecessary and not any more efficient. We would much prefer the freedom of a buffet, with hot food (only) chosen in advance. Staff were lovely though and gave us some great recommendations on bars and restaurants.
