Staff were helpful

The staff at this hotel were excellent. Every MGM that we have stayed at have been lovely. The deluxe loch view room with breakfast and evening meal was a true bargain. The food was excellent. The room and view weee superb, the public areas were lovely. The location couldn’t be better. The man that checked us is was very helpful and kind and then also served us for dinner and explained everything. The bed, breakfast and evening meal option included a three course meal (with no surcharges at all - not even for a steak). The man that checked us out even gave us a gift, truly lovely hotel chain with kind honest and caring staff. Would recommend and will return. Thank you.

Lovely room great location

Clean room, plenty of supplies, snacks, toiletries

Hotel was perfect, staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was faultless. The room was super clean and the beds and bedding really comfortable. Will definitely stay in a Muthu hotel again

Parking was easy. Good selection for breakfast. Staff very helpful.

The parking was pretty tight. The views from the room weren’t good. The inside of the hotel looked pretty and I loved the furniture, but it looked gilded.

The window had been left open in my room and heating wasn’t working. Older rooms with door to the bathroom not working properly. It was ok but wouldn’t be my first pick if I come pack to Fort Williams

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was newly updated and very nice! Each room had a nice amount of complimentary items such as a bottle of water (large bottle!) chips, cookies, coffee, etc. One of the only hotels we stayed in Scotland with a kk g bed so that was a HUGE PLUS! The only reason I am giving a 3-star for comfort was the face that the walls are SO THIN. We could hear everything our neighbors were going, suitcases rolling down the hall, I could even hear a girl plugging in her charger kn the wall behind me. These guests weren’t being particularly loud either. Their conversations were at a reasonable level but the walls were so thin that we could hear everything. So at 6:30am it was not very pleasant. The only other qualm is that the parking lot is VERY tight and doesn’t have a ton of parking available. The lot is very tight and is not wide enough to turn around once you reach the end, so it’s a bit of a headache. Overall, the hotel itself was completely fine and a nice stay.

Nothing was too much trouble, with an elderly parent with poor mobility they were so helpful.

Definitely not the upscale hotel the pictures and price would indicate. It is old with few updates. Staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately we experienced a major storm so couldn’t enjoy all the potential area experience, but the hotel was great!

The hotel and staff were lovely and the food was amazing. The only thing that concerned me was the steep drive walking from the car park . A conversation for less able people. That said I will return

Rose Ann and John in the dining room and the breakfast buffet were amazing! Attentive, efficient and very friendly. The made a difference in our experience!

An amazing support by Deepak to start with and then Rose and John were jsut a great pool of people.. my father just felt like at home and cared. Food, drinks and breakfast hot options were very tasty and enough. It is right on the edge of High street where all market is .. so Would recommend fo rpeople..food.. accessibility.. commute..and parking.. it is also close to water boats .. less than 100ms or so. Happy tonahve stayed here.
