Brilliant service and so comfortable

Amazing and incredibly attentive staff. Rooms were awkward and a/c/heating made them very uncomfortable. Having the deluxe rooms was a bit of a punishment as well: bathroom on garden floor and bedroom up a staircase with no railing. Would not return to this hotel

The room was not individual air conditioning. Was an overall temperature so totally different to what’s advertised. Staff moved us room however got moved to a small room

Stay at the mystery hotel was whimsical. It’s a walk into a fairytale. Each room and corner has a little hidden surprises. Especially if you know where to look. And the staff are incredibly insightful Fun and move with a little twinkle in their eye that makes you feel like you are staying in the best kept secret. It was an experience I will never forget.

Spacious suite room, lovely bath and large shower in the bathroom. Beautiful entrance hall and lobby. Wonderful facilities with the spa. Very helpful and kind staff, helping us to organise a taxi for 3am to the airport. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience in the hotel was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The free access to the spa was a welcome bonus as well

Really lovely looking hotel, staff were helpful and friendly and the spa was a nice add on. Rooms were big and clean, I had to give it 5 stars when considering the price.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The night time guy had a great sense of humour. Beautiful rooms with lots of character and clean. The spa was small but just right really with a good temperature jacuzzi and even though we checked out at 11am we were still allowed to use the spa that day. Whole hotel didn’t disappoint. It’s a 10min Bolt ride to main square and only around £5.
