Amazing breakfast Very Nice staff

Staff were very helpful, spacious and clean room

Fantastic hotel. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It works so well for a night or 2 with our 7 year old daughter. Great hotel and facilities for a very relaxing stay.

Sadly we didn't get to spend much time around the hotel as we had so much planned, however it was in a beautiful setting and the morning continental breakfast was lovely. The family room we booked felt a little tired in places and could do with a little TLC/maintenance just to bring it back up to standard. There was half a curtain missing in the living room, which we'd been told was fixed when we came back in the evening, but it was still missing. In the end we managed to pull the outdoor shutters in so the kids didn't wake too early. Overall it's a very calming and beautiful place and we hope to come back as we enjoyed our short stay and fancy exploring the area more.

The maintenance was very poor in our room 129. The toilet roll holder and hand head shower unit were both hanging off the wall. The mirror light was not working with its wire hanging below the mirror. The lamped face mirror was fitted upside down or too low. I couldn't use it to shave. The sink drain plug/stopper would not retain the sink water.

Début de séjour avec des déconvenues. Le chauffage de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et la porte des toilettes endommagés à tel point que nous ne pouvions en fermer la porte. Apres avoir mis un chauffage d'appoint en notre absence, une hôtesse d'accueil tres professionnelle nous a proposé de changer de chambre. Cette dernière etait à la hauteur de nos attentes. Malgré cela, séjour agréable. Cadre spacieux et apaisant. Le massage en duo était excellent et le spa tres appreciable.

Tout s'est très bien passé, à part le dysfonctionnement du chauffage d'appoint dans le salon du duplexe 303.

Bon accueil, par ailleurs la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas, joints de la douche noirs, petits détails qui malheureusement desservent la note globale de l’hôtel

The only drawback: I asked for the toilet to be repaired three times, but no one came. However, they gave me a discount on my breakfast to compensate for this inconvenience. Otherwise, a very nice property.

Modern buildings. Elevators in each building. Well maintained grounds. Handicap accessible room was easy and spacious for a wheelchair user. Rooms need better ventilation or a stronger bathroom fan, as the shower creates an enduring humidity. We just had the patio door open to help dry the air out. Overall it felt like luxury. I would visit again if I were in the area.

We stayed as a family, with a 6 year old. It was the perfect hotel for a few nights away. We would definitely return.

Cozy, quiet, modern, with quaint comforts of Parisian personality. Various dinner menu options and activities to participate on the grounds. Beautiful scenery and conveniently located about 15mins from train station.

Beautiful decor and excellent food at the restaurant. Spa was welcoming to families in having allocated time for children.
