The room is comfortable, cool, and clean. The staff are friendly.

The service was good, but the room was very bad, the shower wouldn't work, the hot and cold water switch was broken and damaged, the shower water flooded out of the bathroom because the water couldn't drain.

Nice experience, Muslim-friendly, but many non-Muslims also visit. There's a chocolate lounge every 3-4 hours, so yummy. The location is very close to the airport and the shuttle service is very convenient. However, some staff, such as the front desk (CS), need more training on hospitality. The bellboys and concierges are all great and very friendly.

Friendly staff, check-in and check-out fast, they have airport shuttle and free shuttle to Mitsui Factory Outlet (better reserve first). Overall, it's a good transit hotel than inside KLIA 2 (for family).

Air Asia flight was delayed overnight (11 hours)...this is the best option compared to the other two options inside the airport.. This is a movenpick.. proper room, quick check in and out.

The only experience was that I couldn't sleep well because there was noise disturbance on the ceiling of the room.

The hotel is undergoing some minor renovations and they arrange guests to stay there. Is so disappointing. Walk out of the room and saw the painter paint the wall just right next to your room. 🤦

Easy access from KLIA. They provided free shuttle (based on schedule) but need to reserved first via email. Order mi goreng mamak for in dining and it was delicious with large portion. A lot of nice spot for ootd and capture the moments 😆 will always repeat this hotel ⭐.

Shuttle buses are available but reservations must be made in advance. Suitable for those who want to transit in Klia. The hotel smells a bit damp, the rooms are not cold enough.
