The staff is very friendly, they provide mini sakura for guests to take to their rooms, and you can take as many amenities as you like. There's also a coffee machine in the lobby, but you don't need to ask about the rooms. Tokyu Stay always comes with a washing machine and microwave. The soap and shampoo are also from Pola. The hair dryer is the best. It makes your hair shine and glow in a minute. Love it!

the hotel was great.. easy access to many restaurant and shopping center. right in the middle of the tourist spot.. the room was big and clean and also soundproof... easy checkin.. they have a laundry machine inside the room and they also provide the detergent.. the breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety.. highly recommended

The best hotel during the Japan trip, the rooms are spacious, the location is great, close to Odori Park and the shopping area. The best because there is a washing machine so you can wash it and leave it while you are out all day. If you get the first train, take a taxi, get it fast and cheap, just 90 thousand from the hotel to Sapporo Station.
